**5/3/2019: “MUELLER KNEW A YEAR AGO THAT THERE WAS NO COLLUSION” …TIME TO PARDON EVERYONE THAT WAS CONVICTED BECAUSE THEY WERE CONVICTED DUE TO BEING THE FRUIT OF THE POISONOUS TREE!**
Jeff Sessions was conned to recuse himself as President Trump’s first AG and the Dems tried to play the same game with President Trump’s second AG William Barr, WAKE THE ‘FU*K’ UP AMERICA!!
Barr didn’t lie, Mueller told him he had no problem with Barr and Rosenstein’s conclusions about the Obstruction of Justice Charge, and that Mueller’s only concern was about the way the media was reporting on the way Barr handled the way the information was released, but never the content! What you also need to know is that once Mueller is done and hands in the report that his job is done, so why is he concerned about the way the report is released, it’s not up to him first of all, and why instead of sending a note wouldn’t he call if there was a problem, which there wasn’t when it comes to Barr and Rosenstein’s with the help of other DOJ lawyers and officials findings of no obstruction of Justice.
THE ACCUSATION!
Barr had faced pointed questions from Democratic lawmakers over his handling of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report. Barr was also grilled about his testimony before the House Appropriations Committee on April 9, when Rep. Charlie Crist, D-Fla., asked Barr if he knew that members of Mueller’s team were “frustrated” by Barr’s four-page summary of the special counsel’s report, which was broadly favorable to President Trump.
Barr told Crist he was unaware of objections from Mueller. But at the Wednesday hearing a letter was made public in which Mueller told Barr about his concerns with the attorney general’s summary and how it was being described in media reports. The letter was sent on March 27, two weeks before Barr told Crist the opposite.
Doesn’t anyone out there think that it’s very peculiar that Mueller would send a note instead of just calling Barr if he thought something was wrong with Barr’s and Rosenstein’s findings on obstruction of justice? For Barr to mention that during the testimony and to mention the fact that he had asked Mueller for him and his team of 19 top notch ‘Never Trump’ head hunters to make the redactions so that Barr could get the report out sooner for the public to see!
I say ‘red flag, at least to me, and more than very telling when it comes to the true intent of Mueller who in the end couldn’t find anything to nail President Trump with. Mueller had decided, because his team of 19 Superstar lawyers could dig up anything on the President tried to orchestrate the order of the release of Mueller Report information! Barr said during his testimony that he called Mueller the when he received the note to clarify the reason for the note. It’s apparent to me that Mueller didn’t expect to get a call because he had sent the note which forced Mueller to have to quickly think on his feet, and when asked by AG Barr for the reason for the note Mueller replied that he thought his 19 page summary, even though Barr had requested that Mueller was asked to do the redactions, but didn’t, and then a month later having the existence of that note leaked the day before the testimony, seems just a little to coincidental, you think?
Does anybody think that they were trying to set up Barr with a two pronged ‘got’ya’ with a ‘damn if you do and a damn if you don’t’ trap? Remember Mueller said he had no problem with the findings by Barr and Rosenstein when it came to the no obstruction of justice conclusion based on the law , but had a problem with the way Barr released the information! Mueller want’s you to believe that he had a say in the way the Mueller finding were released, but once he completed his part in the investigation process and handed the report over to AG Barr, he was done!
What’s missing from the reporting by the ‘Deep State’ Mainstream Media and very important to the case against Barr when it comes to the time line, is that AG Barr requested Mueller and his team to have his team highlight the names of 3rd party members whose names should be redacted, but when Barr received the report Mueller’s team hadn’t done the necessary redactions that Barr needed done in order to get the report out as soon as possible. I have to believe after finding this out is that something else going on in the minds of the 19 superstar ‘Never Trump’ think tank, who because they could find no wrong doing by President Trump’s Administration that the lawyers tried to get one more shot at President Trump before they rode off into the sunset?
Follow me here. Mueller later states that he sent the note because he wanted his 19 page summary released before the redacted version of the report was finished, which I told you AG Barr had already asked the Mueller team to do before submitting the report, but now because his team didn’t Mueller’s summary, if released when Mueller wanted it to be, would get 2-3 weeks of Mainstream Media ‘Spin’ time before the redactions could be done, and the report could be made available to be released to the public!
It’s obvious to me that Mueller was trying to maximize some more negative press to inflict more damage to President Trump and his Presidency, and because Mueller and his 19 professional hit men lawyers couldn’t dig up anything that would stick, they thought they would try and pull another fast one over on Barr as they did with President Trump’s first AG Jeff Sessions, but this time it would be different because they didn’t have the Obama ‘Deep State’ leftovers like McCabe and Rosenstein waiting in the Bullpen like they did when Sessions recused himself, but this time the ‘Deep State’ has nobody to relieve Trumps new AG pitcher, William P, Barr should the call have to be made to the bullpen!
The Dems are trying to get away with the same scam they got away with Jeff Sessions that cause him to recuse himself, but this time the calls for Barr to recuse himself or stepping down are falling on deaf ears because this time the ‘Deep State’ run ‘Paid to Report’ Mainstream Media’s attempt to cry wolf again has been exposed for the corrupt liars that they continue to be!
THE TRUTH ABOUT SESSIONS-MORE FAKE NEWS (LIBERAL MEDIA MAKING SHIT UP AGAIN)
You may have heard it breathlessly reported that then senator and now AG Jeff Sessions met with Russian officials during the height of the 2016 election to discuss the Presidential race. If that’s so then it turns out what you heard was Fake News.
As a member of the armed services committee Senator Sessions was required to meet with officials from many different countries — including Russia — to discuss matters of national defense. These meetings are routine and never contained discussion about the Presidential Election, despite what is being reported. Sessions himself released a statement clearing the air on this matter:
“There was absolutely nothing misleading about his answer,” said Sessions spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores. “Last year, the senator had over 25 conversations with foreign ambassadors as a senior member of the Armed Services Committee…He was asked during the hearing about communications between Russia and the Trump campaign — not about meetings he took as a senator and a member of the Armed Services Committee.”
A Justice Department official said Sessions’ meetings with ambassadors were in his capacity as a senator on the Armed Services Committee and about relations between the two countries. The official said that during the campaign season the ambassadors would make “superficial comments” about election news, but it was not the substance of the conversation.
Information about Sessions’ activities as a senator provided by the Justice Department official list 26 meetings with foreign ambassadors and government officials, including the one with Kislyak.
The Washington Post story reports that Sessions also encountered Kislyak at a Heritage Foundation event in July. The Justice Department official described this interaction as a “brief encounter” and noted that several other ambassadors were present as well during the conversation.
The DOJ official said Sessions was invited to join them at events that they were sponsoring, and that Sessions made no commitments.
Of the 26 members of the 2016 Senate Armed Services Committee, 20 said that they did not meet with Kislyak last year, according to the Washington Post. The additional senators did not respond to the Post’s request for comment.
Just over three years ago, in late February 2016, Sessions became the first sitting U.S. senator to endorse Trump during the Republican presidential primary. Less than a week later, the Trump campaign announced that Sessions would “serve as Chairman of Mr. Trump’s National Security Advisory Committee.”
“It is an honor to have Jeff as a member of the team. I have such great respect for him and I look forward to working with him on the issues most important to Americans,” said Trump at the time in a statement from the campaign.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to recommend and facilitate discussions among exceptional and experienced American military and diplomatic leaders to share insight and advice with Donald Trump, regardless of their political views,” added Sessions.
If you recall Jeff Sessions and his unfounded reason to step down, said that he spoke with his fellow members of the DOJ for advice, and then echoed that the reason he recused himself was because of that heart felt advice. If you recall the members of the DOJ that advised Sessions to recuse himself were left over from the Obama Administration that included “career people” in the Justice Department that advised him to recuse himself because he was the campaign’s national security adviser. I tried to get a list of those left over DOJ members but could only come up with the main man, Rod Rosenstein that called for the Special Counsel, issued the parameters (Scope) of the investigation, which we all know was about the collusion between the Russians and the Trump Campaign, but then issued a Second set of parameters that were passed out two and a half months later that was so redacted that to this very day nobody seems to know what the new and improved parameters (Scope) of the investigation were!
