The Pelosi ‘Progressicrats’ version of the Constitution doesn’t include the Constitutional directive by our founders for the President to make the only call on immigration if it threatens America’s Sovereignty or the American people, but being stopped by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that was intentionally stuffed with Progressive Judges and Justices to stop anyone who tried to undo the list of checked off accomplishments of Obama/Biden’s anti-guaranteed rights goals using Alinsky’s 8 steps that would allow the New World Order to break ground on the same site where the United Nation stands today in New York City!
Other misinterpretations include eliminating the American citizen’s right to ‘Due Process’ and the Presumption of innocence that all American’s witnessed with the confirmation hearings for Brett Kavanaugh and the Impeachment of Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States’ when they were asked by both Pelosi and Schumer that they had present information that showed they were innocent of the charges/allegations!
Now we have all these Progressive ‘Blue’ State Governors, Mayors, etc. trying to keep the American economy closed and the American people out of work using taxpayer money we don’t have to keep the American people on government assistance programs like welfare, but more than that getting tax free unemployment checks and bonus checks that don’t have any deductions like unemployment taxes, state taxes, Social Security taxes and any other taxes that are determined by the individual states! Talk about a domino effect…….OUCH, and talk about why anyone would want to go back to work when you know all you got to do is vote for Joe Biden to keep the gravy train on the tracks!
What should be more disturbing and possibly not a coincidence is hearing Michael Bloomberg, the once Presidential candidate that spent a Billion dollars to only bow out in a very short time after entering the election, but now being on the record about his feeling about society not ready to pull the plug on senior citizens because they’re healthcare cost are biggest economic burden on society:

1) HEALTHCARE: CONTROL HEALTHCARE AND YOU CONTROL THE PEOPLE.
Obamacare, and using the ‘Nuclear Option’ to get it passed after Ted Kennedy died, (who would have been the 60th vote under the parameters of what is needed to pass a law) The Massachusetts voters did not elect another Democrat, but that didn’t stop Obama, Harry Reid, or initiate Nancy Pelosi’s famous ‘ ‘WE HAVE TO PASS THE BILL SO THAT YOU CAN FIND OUT WHAT IS IN IT, AWAY FROM THE FOG OF CONTROVERSY.” After the Bill was passed (illegally) and now a ‘LAW,’ Obama changed it over 40 times via Executive Order or Presidential Memorandums. Looking back, I can see that the Supreme Court upheld every challenge, like they did when not following the ‘Subsides can only be given by state run agencies,’ and claimed intent, and not the letter of the Law excuse, which allowed the Supreme Court to ‘MAKE LAW,’ which is not set up in the Constitution as a responsibility of the Supreme Court.
2) POVERTY:
Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live. 3) DEBT:
Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you can increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty. Obama/Biden lied to the American people to get their vote when he said I am going to cut the deficit in half! The Fed under Obama/Biden injected, or should I say printed money and injected it into the economy, and hasn’t had a budget, but submitted a ‘My way or the Highway’ that was impractical and unreasonable for the last 7 years, and in effect intentionally had no plans to reduce the deficit!!
4) GUN CONTROL:
Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you can create a police state. I don’t know if you remember Obama’s statements about Gun Control, but he said he was going to spend his remaining days in office on Gun Control. You must know that Obama, like he has done in the past, is telegraphing his next move, and with less than a year to go you know he has his foot on the gas. …. like, ISIS is Contained, a JV Team, that’s not who America is, and I could throw in the IRS, EPA, and about the border patrol that was told not to enforce the Immigration Laws, and Holder carrying out his Illegal and Unconstitutional orders. If the GOP doesn’t do anything to stop him, he is going to continue, and if they don’t stop him, then we all know they are working together, like they did when the budget was passed, and the Dems got everything Obama/Biden wanted…. the GOP said they did that because of the trade rules on gas lifted was the cause, but do you want to believe that…. a joke in my book!!! …..I could go on, but what this is doing now is wakening up the American people to go out and purchase guns before Obamaism like McCarthyism that accused people of being communists back in the good old days, and
Obamaism now with this gun control, and the rider about the mentally ill, etc. being added to a list of people who are unable to get guns, are political parties who don’t believe in his agenda going to be considered mentally unstable, and therefore put on a list of people who can’t buy guns….Interesting concept!!…..Hmmm…Just a little food for thought….??

5) WELFARE:
Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income). Obama/Biden eased the requirements for Welfare, Food Stamps, and any other entitlements that took care of the American people’s basic needs, and did nothing to boost the economy to create jobs. Obamacare mandated a 30-hour work week to be considered full time and where companies would have to give Health Care, but what happened was companies closed, employee hours were cut to below that 30-hour threshold, and more people were driven on to the welfare role because they couldn’t make enough money only working 30 hours. Obama/Biden changed the formula for reporting unemployment, and boasted about the number of jobs his administration supposedly created, but those jobs are multiple jobs by the same citizen that needs to work multiple jobs to keep his head above water…I Now live in one of the 11 states where there are more people on Welfare, then there are working. YES!! I said 11……Obama/Biden accomplished this one for sure….No, really, stop looking. In 35 states, welfare benefits pay more than a minimum wage job, per a new study by the libertarian Cato Institute, and in 13 states welfare pays more than $15 per hour.
6) EDUCATION:
Take control of what people read and listen to. Take control of what children learn in school.
COMMON CORE IS A FEDERAL TAKEOVER OF EDUCATION:
The ultimate goal of Common Core is to have every school district follow the same national standards. This is a failed educational approach that will undermine educational quality and choice. States and local communities better know how to design standards based on their students and parents’ needs than Washington bureaucrats.
Common Core is a one-size-fits-all education policy that assumes every student learns the same. A top down and centrally controlled standards will hurt students’ creativity and learning. Good education policy realizes that all students have different learning styles, preferences, and paces.
7) RELIGION:
Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools. Is there conspiracy afoot, saying that this is no dumb mistake but a “deliberate intent” to leave God out of traditional acknowledgments to try to get Americans to forget that devotion to God is a defining characteristic of the U.S.
‘NOW YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT OBAMA/BIDEN WERE TRYING TO DO THIS WHEN AMERICA IS MADE UP OF 77% CHRISTIANS!!!

What about Obama’s rhetoric about not allowing Muslim Syrian Refugees in this country, and Trump, who is trying to keep America safe until they can be vetted?’ Obama states, when confronted about the push back said ‘that’s Not who we are,’ and against our beliefs”But the funny thing here is that the GOP never vetted Obama, and gave his Presidential memorandum’s and Executive Orders, and even his citizenship requirements, like Cruz and Rubio a free pass to run by the will of the American people, and the letter of the Law as written in the Constitution.
I think I am beginning to understand why Trump, who is putting himself out there so the Will of the American People can be heard, is exposing the underbelly of the political establishment, the Media, and the Supreme Court’s corruption in favor of party affiliation, and not following the path that our Founding Father’s Constitution!!

Abortion giant Planned Parenthood, which has been allowed to remain open under stay-at-home orders in several states as “essential services,” falsely took advantage of the Paycheck Protection Program. After applying and despite not being a small business, $80 million in taxpayer money was sent to the organization to further fund their abhorrent, life ending practices.
The Pelosi COVID-19 Virus financial Aid Package to the American people and small businesses continues to expose the reasons for why Socialism has failed everywhere it’s been tried, but now showing why the failures of the same Blue’ states and cities who charge the highest state and property taxes in the country are, like those countries that tried Socialism that’s failed 100% because they eventually ran out of other people’s money that they could steal from the taxpayer coffers before moving on to the next victim nation!

A Constitutional law professor (even their students) should know better.
