What’s being missed here in a big way is that America is the land of opportunity and not a land of Government run programs and entitlements, and to think that anyone is being excluded who have Constitutionally had the opportunity to do take whatever path they chose, and then lay blame on a President who is protecting that opportunity for all Americans while Obama, Hillary, and ‘Deep State’ are out to control every aspect of every life through government run programs is not what our founder’s had in mind!
What else is being missed is that America’s envied by the world ‘Free’ market place allows for the fluctuation in the price of goods and services based on the ‘Law of Supply and Demand,’ and not by government controlled price fixing!

If the Dems keep the Borders Open you better know that the $15 an hour minimum wage that the Dems are promising will be cut in ‘half for cash’ by all these illegals that will work for much less, and if you think that equal pay for doing the same job as someone else, than think again, because there are more intangibles attached to getting a job other than job title, and if you believe, like most college kids that graduate today that they deserve a management position right out of the blocks, then again, think again!
Example:
I graduated from college back in 1974 with a degree in Business Administration from a small liberal Arts College in Ohio. After failing to land anything substantial in Ohio I moved back home to New Jersey, which my parents charged me $200 a month for rent, and proceeded to look for a job. The job I was drawn to had potential and required that I had a college degree, which I did. After 6 weeks and 5 interviews I got the job, but later asked by my superior after 6 months on the job about where I went to college! My first job paid $10,400.00 dollars, and I paid my parents $200 dollars a month rent, which is the 25% formula that is used figure out what you should allocate for rent when budgeting your expenses!
My point is that the intangibles and the personal traits and attitude is what finally got me the job and the degree in my back pocket got me the interview, and the same goes for the Constitution’s guaranteed individual rights that are in every American Citizens back pocket from the day they were born, but not what makes your goals and dreams come true!
Like the degree from college the Constitution gives you the opportunity to advance yourself and your talents in a very competitive and most envied American ‘Free’ Market Place in the history of the world where you control what you earn or don’t earn, but then not blaming your short comings on the lack of opportunity that you’ve already been given from the first day you became and American citizen, but the lack of education of what all your options are, which these days don’t include Conservative values or the benefits of Capitalism!
The Perception and anger by these ‘Useful Idiots’ when it comes to the reality of what’s going on in America today shouldn’t be aimed at the ones who are protecting their Individual Constitutional rights, but at the Obama ‘Deep State’ Progressive ‘Left’ that spent more time over the 8 years that Obama was in office figuring out ways to eliminate and/or bypassing the ‘Rule of Law’ and Constitution then they did fighting to combat the record breaking all time highs in the number of people on Welfare, the increase in the number of people now in poverty, the record breaking number of people who are either out of work or who stopped looking for work, or working on lowering the corporate tax or reduce or eliminate the unobtainable EPA regulations that were forcing our American made companies to seek higher ground in foreign countries where labor taxes and less regulations would add to their bottom GDP lines!
The Obama Administration held all the cards, but now because of Hillary’s loss to now President Trump can no longer deal from that same deck, but now being forced to scramble to hide the ‘Deep State’s’ plans to destroy America from within from the American people! Good news for the American people though, and that’s what would have been hidden by the anticipated coronation of Hillary is now being exposed and being dealt with by true American Patriots who still believe in our founder’s Constitutional Republic, the ‘Rule of Law,’ and that the Constitution is being adhered to the word and letter of our founders Constitution’s ‘Blueprint’ for America!
President Trump has been wrongly attacked by the ‘Left’ through innuendo, ‘Fake’ News, unverified and nonexistent Sources that are made up because they can’t be revealed, a.k.a., the perfect license to lie at will, half-truths, and out right lies, and all to distract the American people from ever getting to the truth behind what the ‘Deep State’ and their outside interest financier’s really had in mind for the future of America!
The complaint by these ‘useful idiots’ is the perception of the exclusion of certain types or groups of people that have always been protected by the Constitution from day one! Where they are wrong is that they haven’t done the research or taken the time to find out why, after over 240 Plus years of success, that the same problems, but not to the extent that they are today that are being used to divide this always cherished country where all Americans use to believe and recite without taking a knee ‘The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag:’

The Bill of Rights that Melissa Milano, Colin Kaepernick, and now Megan Rapinoe, the co-captain of the U.S. women’s national soccer team seem to have neglected their understanding of History and the ‘Bill of Rights’ that have been in existence way before Hillary’s mentor Saul Alinsky, and Obama’s mentor’s ‘Cloward and Piven’ who were disciples of Saul Alinsky, decided to use political Correctness and Identity Politics to divide America based on that same criteria that the aforementioned Milano, Kaepernick, and Rapinoe are basing their attacks on this outsider non-politician who is only living up to his promises to ‘Make America Great Again’ which these three Millennial minded Americans never had the opportunity to experience!
If they knew anything about the Bill of Rights history they would know that for centuries they’ve always had access to whatever and whoever they wanted to believe, and believe it or not their complaints are due to the Socialist Agenda by today’s Progressive Leadership to prevent America from ever coming together as our parents and Grandparents did for WWI and WWII when political Correctness and Identity politics weren’t part of the decision making process and just Americans fighting for America was!

Hillary’s Saul Alinsky had eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a Liberal Socialist state.
THE FIRST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT!
1) HEALTHCARE: Control healthcare and you control the people.
2) POVERTY: Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3) DEBT: Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you can increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4) GUN CONTROL: Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you can create a police state.
5) WELFARE: Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income).
6) EDUCATION: Take control of what people read and listen to. Take control of what children learn in school.
7) RELIGION: Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools.
8) CLASS WARFARE: Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

Alinsky’s 8 steps to Socialism included number #3 DEBT: Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you can increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
Cloward and Piven, Alinsky’s disciple’s version of the same ‘Debt’: Cloward-Piven is not limited to the destabilization of state and local welfare programs. It can easily be used against federal level entitlements, and, is much more effective against an entity with the proven tendency towards exponential debt spending.
Now add that to Obama’s campaign promise of cutting America’s debt from $10 Trillion to $5 Trillion, but then leaving the American taxpayer with a $20 Trillion dollar debt to pass on to our children, than you have to know beyond a doubt that President Obama who never should have been allowed to be President because he didn’t qualify under the Constitution’s Citizenship requirement of being a ‘Natural Born’ Citizen, which is exactly the same possibility that will stop Kamala Harris and others from skirting the issue, and caused the America we’ve been forced to live in during Obama’s 8 years taking every opportunity to destroy America from within by bypassing and ignoring every Constitutional Law and right that’s guaranteed to every American Citizen by using Alinsky’s adjusted Cloward and Piven strategies as a blueprint to apply their goal driven intent and interpretation to prepare America for the transition to the fruition of the anticipated New World Order that the ‘Cash Poor’ United Nations predicts will be up and running within the next 12 years!

‘OBAMA SIGNS EXECUTIVE ORDER PERMANENTLY IMPLEMENTING MARTIAL LAW’

Obama made good on his promise to use executive action to expand his authority and quietly signed the order called National Defense Resources Preparedness which puts our nation in a permanent state of martial law that only needs to be activated by the President, whenever he should so choose to do so.
The base of the action is the Defense Production Act of 1950 which was created due to the Korean war, however this latest power grab by the president greatly expands on the authority that was granted in that act and basically allows the government to take over and control every resource that’s available at the time of the declaration.
A frightening aspect of the latest version is that acts of aggression towards the United States homeland by outside forces is no longer required for implementation. Obama’s version states specifically that it can apply during peace time as well, and that all actions specified within the order are under Obama’s direction.
The “integrated policy making forum” for all Order policies consists of Janet Napolitano and the National Security Council.
The entire economy will come under the president’s direction once the order is implemented and he will issue regulations establishing nationwide procedures and standards of production. This will include the control of “general distribution of any material (including applicable services) to the civilian market.”
Additionally, all manufacturing will cease unless approved by the president and anything that is produced the government will be given first rights to. It will also give the administration the authority to seize private companies and facilities and modify or change the way they operate as it sees fit, which pretty much means that private business will be told what they can make, how they’re supposed to make it, and when they must make it.
Civilian transportation of all types will also fall under its control along with food supplies, all forms of energy production, farms and farm equipment, water resources, and all healthcare resources. Within it FEMA camps are also mentioned and given the authority to carry out emergency preparedness mandates as specified in the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief Act. The act is what created the ‘temporary housing’ facilities for people who have been displaced which we all know as FEMA camps.
Such changes to something should be enough to send chills down the backs of Americans nationwide. There’s no need for the complete takeover of the nation during times of peace under the guise of ‘national defense’ no matter which way you look at it so one must wonder,
WHAT DID THEY KNOW AT THE TIME THAT WE DIDN’T!!!!
The problem with America today is that we have a political party that doesn’t have America’s best interest at heart and another that is either on board with the Socialist transformation of America, or too afraid that they’ll be called out for being racist for defending the Constitution because the President is ‘Black!’ I don’t understand why all these individual slices of America think that their plight deserves any more or less attention that would be considered any different from any other groups plights when it comes to being recognized for everything you believe in and stand for that might be unique to you and your circle of friends and acquaintances!

The Bill of Rights are the first 10 amendments to the United States Constitution. The idea behind the Bill of Rights was to insure certain freedoms and rights to the citizens of America. It put limits on what the government could do and control. Freedoms protected include freedom of religion, speech, assembly, the right to bear arms, unreasonable search and seizure of your home, the right to a speedy trial, and more.
Many delegates of the states were against signing the Constitution without a Bill of Rights included. It became a major issue in ratifying the Constitution in some states. As a result, James Madison wrote 12 amendments and presented them to the First Congress in 1789. On December 15, 1791 ten of the amendments were passed and made part of the Constitution. They would later become known as the Bill of Rights.
The Bill of Rights was based on several previous documents including the Magna Carta, the Virginia Declaration of Rights, and the English Bill of Rights.
Here is a list of the first 10 amendments to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights:
The First Amendment – states that Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise. Also protected are freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The Second Amendment – protects citizen’s right to bear arms.
The Third Amendment – prevents the government from placing troops in private homes. This was a real problem during the American Revolutionary War.
The Fourth Amendment – this amendment prevents the government from unreasonable search and seizure of the property of US citizens. It requires the government to have a warrant that was issued by a judge and based on probable cause.
The Fifth Amendment – The Fifth Amendment is famous for people saying, “I’ll take the Fifth”. This gives people the right to choose not to testify in court if they feel their own testimony will incriminate themselves.
In addition, this amendment protects citizens from being subject to criminal prosecution and punishment without due process. It also prevents people from being tried for the same crime twice. The amendment also establishes the power of eminent domain, which means that private property cannot be seized for public use without just compensation.
The Sixth Amendment – guarantees a speedy trial by a jury of one’s peers. Also, people accused are to be informed of the crimes with which they are charged and have the right to confront the witnesses brought by the government. The amendment also provides the accused the right to compel testimony from witnesses, and to legal representation (meaning the government must provide a lawyer).
The Seventh Amendment – provides that civil cases also be tried by jury.
The Eighth Amendment – prohibits excessive bail, excessive fines, and cruel and unusual punishments.
The Ninth Amendment – states that the list of rights described in the Constitution is not exhaustive, and that the people still have all the rights that are not listed.
The Tenth Amendment – gives all powers not specifically given to the United States government in the Constitution, to either the states or to the people.
The bottom line is that these 10 Amendments haven’t and will never exclude anyone from the message this President is delivering, but when you have the opposition party doing anything and everything in their power to sidestep our founder’s ‘Rule of Law’ and Constitution, as proven time and time again by their actions, I think it would be a good time for this new member to the Stalin’s ‘Useful Idiot’ Club to reconsider her position!
