Do you remember what Speaker Pelosi said about that waste of American tax dollars bait and switch stimulus package back in 2009 after she was the one that supplied altered documents to the election committee to show that Obama was a constitutionally required to be ‘Natural Born’ Citizen when he wasn’t just a year earlier in 2008?
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said the bill is an investment in the nation’s success. “By investing in new jobs, in science and innovation, in energy, in education … we are investing in the American people, which is the best guarantee of the success of our nation,” she said.
Barack Obama, in 2009 came up with ‘The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act’ aimed to create or save about 3.5 million jobs, many of which will come from transportation, environmental, broadband, and other infrastructure projects. But despite the president’s early efforts to win bipartisan support for the plan, it failed to win the backing of a single House Republican, and only three moderate Republicans voted for it in the Senate.
The measure won approval in the Senate by a vote of 60-38. Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown cast the decisive vote after flying back to Washington aboard a government plane from his home state of Ohio, where he was mourning his mother’s death. GOP Sen. John McCain of Arizona, Obama’s former rival for the White House, decried what he saw as the lack of bipartisanship in the legislation.
“We want to work together with the other side,” McCain said. “And this is not the example that I think the American people want us to exercise.”
The House passed the measure earlier Friday on a 246-183 vote with no Republican support. Seven Democrats also voted against the package, and one Democrat voted present.

The Congressional Budget Office said the compromise package would cost $787.2 billion, slightly less than the $789 billion lawmakers had earlier estimated.
White House and congressional negotiators worked quickly to reach a compromise on competing versions of the legislation, putting them on track to meet Obama’s goal of signing the bill into law by Presidents Day.
Speaking to a group of business leaders at the White House, Obama said the economic downturn has brought opportunities, as well as hardships.
“We have a once-in-a-generation chance to act boldly and turn adversity into opportunity, and to use this crisis as a chance to transform this economy for the 21st century,” Obama said, a.k.a., another patented Obama/Biden Bait and Switch lie!
Obama as we know today had no intention of supporting the business community and organized labor which supposedly paved the way for the bill’s quick passage. He has spent much of the week building support for the stimulus plan, a component of his strategy for lifting the country out of recession, and for the likes of Chief Justice Roberts and Mitch McConnell to sharpen their obstruction and resisting scissors!
“Once Congress passes this plan and I sign it into law, a new wave of innovation, activity and construction will be unleashed all across America,” Obama told a crowd in East Peoria, Ill., where he visited a Caterpillar equipment plant on Thursday. “Rebuilding our crumbling roads and bridges, repairing our dangerous dams and levees so we don’t face another Katrina — think about all the work out there to be done — and Caterpillar will be selling the equipment that does the work.”
The legislation, more than 1,000 pages long, was posted on the House Rules Committee Web site late Thursday. About 65 percent of the money usages measure goes toward spending, while about 35 percent goes toward tax cuts, including:
• $27.5 billion for highway projects
• $340 million for watershed and flood-prevention operations and watershed rehabilitation
• $2.5 billion for distance learning, telemedicine, and broadband programs
• $150 million for economic development assistance programs
• $4.7 billion for a broadband technology opportunities program
• $6 billion for local clean water initiatives
• $21 billion to aid laid-off workers with employer-provided health insurance through COBRA
• $53.6 billion to help states deal with budget deficits
• $36.2 billion for energy spending
• $19.9 billion for aid to poor families
• a tax credit of up to $400 for low- and middle-income individuals and $800 for families
• a one-time payment of $250 to recipients of Social Security and government disability
Meanwhile, Obama economics adviser Lawrence Summers warned the public against thinking the plan would be a quick fix for the nation’s ailing economy.

AGENDA 21: DISMANTLING SOVEREIGNTY, PROPERTY RIGHTS …

UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is the action plan implemented worldwide to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world.
INVENTORY AND CONTROL.
Considering that its policies are woven into all the General Plans of the cities and counties, it’s important for people to know where these policies are coming from. While many people support the United Nations for its ‘peacemaking’ efforts, few know that they have very specific land use policies that they expect to see implemented in every city, county, state and nation. The specific plan is called United Nations Agenda 21 Sustainable Development, which has its basis in Communitarianism. By now, most Americans have heard of sustainable development but are largely unaware of Agenda 21.
In a nutshell, the plan calls for governments to take control of all land use and not leave any of the decision making in the hands of private property owners. It is assumed that people are not good stewards of their land and the government will do a better job if they are in control. Individual rights in general are to give way to the needs of communities as determined by the governing body. Moreover, people should be rounded up off the land and packed into human settlements, or islands of human habitation, close to employment centers and transportation. Another program, called the Wildlands Project spells out how most of the land is to be set aside for non-humans.

Agenda 21 policies date back to the 1970’s but it got its real start in 1992 at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro when President Bush signed onto it. President Clinton signed it later and continued the program in the United States. Agenda 21 is ‘soft-law’ and did not have to be voted on by the Congress. A non-governmental organization called the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives, ICLEI (pronounced “ick-lee”), is tasked with carrying out the goals of Agenda 21. Over 600 cities in the U.S. are members, and that number is growing. The costs are paid by taxpayers.
It’s time that people educate themselves and read the document and related commentary. After that, get a copy of your city or county’s General Plan and read it. You will find all sorts of policies that are nearly identical to those in U.N. Agenda 21. Unfortunately, their policies have advanced largely unnoticed and we are now in the end game. People need to identify their elected officials who are promoting the U.N.’s policies and hold them accountable for their actions. Only when we’ve identified who the people are and what they are trying to do will we be able to evaluate whether or not we approve of the policies they are putting forward. Some people may think it’s appropriate for agencies outside the United States to set our policies and some people will not.
The question is: ‘WHY’ aren’t Americans able to develop their own policies? Should we rely on an organization that consists of member nations that have different forms of governments, most of which do not value individual rights as much as we do? It’s time to bring U.N. Agenda 21 out in the open where we can have these debates and then set our own policies in accordance with our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Ok, you say, interesting, but I don’t see how that really affects me. Here are a few ways:
No matter where you live, I’ll bet that there have been hundreds of condos built in the center of your town recently. Over the last ten years there has been a ‘planning revolution’ across the US. Your commercial, industrial, and multi-residential land was rezoned to ‘mixed use.’ Nearly everything that got approvals for development was designed the same way: ground floor retail with two stories of residential above. Mixed use. Very hard to finance for construction, and very hard to manage since it has to have a high density of people in order to justify the retail. A lot of it is empty and most of the ground floor retail is empty too. High bankruptcy rate.
So what? Most of your towns provided funding and/or infrastructure development for these private projects. They used Redevelopment Agency funds. Your money. Specifically, your property taxes. Notice how there’s very little money in your General Funds now, and most of that is going to pay Police and Fire? Your street lights are off, your parks are shaggy, your roads are pot-holed, your hospitals are closing. The money that should be used for these things is diverted into the Redevelopment Agency. It’s the only agency in government that can float a bond without a vote of the people. And they did that, and now you’re paying off those bonds for the next 45 years with your property taxes. Did you know that?
What you also need to understand is that Obama ‘NEVER’ had any intentions on rebuilding the economy, and the proof is in his exposed lies and policies! Obama changed the formula on how they figured the unemployment rate by not counting the unemployed or stopped looking for work after 30 days, touted part time work as being employed full time, and manipulated the stock market….

Just two years after receiving $535 million from the stimulus, Solyndra filed for bankruptcy. The company was the first to receive a federal loan guarantee from the stimulus. Solyndra’s biggest investor, George Kaiser, was a bundler for the Obama campaign.
At least four other companies received stimulus money only to later file for bankruptcy, including Olsen’s Mills Acquisition Co., which received $10 million to increase employment, and Evergreen Solar Inc., which received $5.3 million to install 11,000 photovoltaic panels.

RURAL BUSINESS COOPERATIVE SERVICE – $20.5 million
The bill provides the necessary subsidy to make $1 billion in lending authority available for the Business and industry loan guarantee program, which provides much-needed financing to business owners that might not be able to qualify for a loan on their own.
RECONNECT PILOT – $100 million
The bill provides grants for the costs of construction, improvement, or acquisition of facilities and equipment. needed to provide broadband service in eligible rural areas
FOOD DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM ON INDIAN RESERVATIONS – $100 million
The bill provides additional funding for low-income households living on Indian reservations and participating Indian Tribal Organizations.
Justice Information Sharing Technology: $2 million for enhanced departmental telework capabilities.
NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS – $75 million for grants, including funding to state arts agencies and other partners to help local, state, and regional communities provide continued
