One of the “main talking points to rebut impeachment,” as the Washington Post characterized it, is that the “House Democrats’ inquiry isn’t legitimate because the members didn’t vote to start one.” A “talking point” is what corporate media calls an argument for which it has no ready response, and debunks the Pelosi led ‘Schiff Shifter’s‘ accusations that President Trump is hiding evidence that suggests he’s targeting Ex-Vice President of the Obama Administration Joe Biden, because he might be the Democrats key opposition in November 2020 to beat President Trump!
The Witnesses called in the 1999 Clinton Impeachment trial were the same witnesses that the 1999 Republican Majority held House inquiry and judicial processes called to testify while doing their due diligence to get to the truth! This is the reason why those specific witnesses were allowed to be called during the Senate trial, and why it’s not the job of the Senate to cover for the Pelosi flawed and incompetent controlled House because they didn’t do the job that the founders gave them to do when it comes to impeaching a President!
These same witnesses were also included in the Articles of Impeachment which were part of the House’s factual work product, which is what allowed them to be called to testify in case there was a need for follow up purposes in the Senate, which is the process outlined in the constitution by our founder’s, but ignored by the leadership of the opposition leadership of the Democratic Party who claim that the only reason they’re impeaching this President is because it’s their constitutional duty and responsibility!

For the last 3 years the Dems haven’t done anything to advance the people’s mandate that was set down by the 2016 victory of now President Trump’s platform and promise to make America great again! The Dems continue to do nothing for the American people but seem to have no problem trying to take away a little of this President’s thunder by injecting themselves in every win that this President has delivered on and continues to deliver on today!
Dem’s ‘Caught in another one of the lies that they’ve been forced to tell over 100 times since Hillary lost her bid for the Presidency in order to protect the Obama Administration attempted coup and revealing the corruption that existed within the leadership ranks of the DOJ, FBI, and CIA for the sole purpose of eliminating our founder’s ‘Checks and Balances’ so that the American people could be easily persuaded to accept the Obama Administration’s goal to steer America and the American people in the direction of their goal of creating a New World Order via a path through Socialism!
As I sit here watching Schumer and Co. accuse Mitch McConnell of doing exactly what was done to impeach Bill Clinton, I’m reminded of what the Pelosi led Dems are accusing President Trump of is beginning to appear what the Dems are guilty of as we speak!
Pelosi and Co. have been protecting Ex-Vice President Biden and the Obama Administration from taking responsibility for Biden’s recorded $1 Billion dollar ‘Quid Pro Quo’ because his son Hunter was being investigated by the American equivalent Attorney General in Ukraine into the most corrupt company in Ukraine, especially when his son knew nothing about the industry he was appointed to be a member of the board of, and then make $50,000 a month to be there!
What’s important to understand here is that by Nancy Pelosi holding the Articles of Impeachment for close to a month that she is effectively, and I’m sure knowingly and willfully, is interfering in the Iowa Caucuses in favor of Joe Biden who doesn’t have to be sidelined because of Pelosi’s predictable Impeachment sham, but unlike president Trump who is being accused of interfering in the upcoming 2020 elections that haven’t even been held yet, but Pelosi on the other hand is preventing what use to be 6 candidates, but now only 4, that would have been and 2 that could have been Michael Bennet, Cory Booker, Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Bernie Sanders, and Elizabeth Warren while allowing ‘Gaffing Quid Pro Quo’ Joe have his way with the possible bean casters and counters in Iowa’s primary a.k.a. Caucuses!
As I continue to watch Schumer I’m further convinced that the last paragraph that accuses Pelosi’s of protecting Joe Biden is true, and Pelosi interfering in the Iowa caucuses election process is further proven by the statements I’m watching ‘stalling to help Biden’ Chuck-e Schumer express his opinion that ‘more’ time should be spent on this impeachment trial, I thought I would take a page out of Shifty Schiff’s interpretive poetic licence to freely interpret the words of the President of the United States when I say Schumer and Pelosi are intentionally preventing the participation of Joe Biden’s Democratic competition in the race for the Presidency so that their efforts to be the candidate representing the Democratic party in the 2020 election are intentionally being interfered with!
These intentional actions against these candidates for the Presidency are proven by the fact that the Dems rushed the inquisition to impeach President Trump to the point of not only ignoring but forgetting their constitutional responsibilities to impeach this President and their role in those impeachment proceedings!
The only reason to postpone the rush to judgement would be because of the original time line that Pelosi suddenly ignored in favor of holding the Articles of Impeachment for 33 days for no other reason but giving ‘Quid Pro Quo’ Joe a leg up on the competition in Iowa so that he can stay ahead of the field while both Pelosi and Schumer do their stalling and interfering tactics as the time grows shorter for the competition to have the time to catch up with the front running Joe Biden when there are only a little over 2 weeks to go!
What you also need to know is that other than the Dems continuing to lie about anything and everything that they want you to believe, that they want you to believe that those witnesses during the Clinton Impeachment trial were new and fresh witnesses that had something new to offer, but the truth is that those witnesses testified before either in the House impeachment Inquiry and Judicial hearing or in a grand jury openly before testifying in the Senate!
Those witnesses in the Clinton Investigation are unlike the non-existing fact witnesses that the Pelosi led Dems are now trying to introduce, are the same witnesses that were already part of the Articles of impeachment record that were handed over to the Senate for the trial who also had testified before the senate trial in either in front of a grand jury or during the House Process in front of the Inquiry or Judicial committees!
Those fact witnesses could be called to testify if needed for clarification in the Senate’s trial if needed, but know that the Senate’s only role in the impeachment process is to hold the trial with the members of the Senate serving as the jury, and that’s all! It’s always been the House’s responsibility to hold the investigation and collect the evidence before submitting those Articles of Impeachment!
The Senate’s job is not to add additional witnesses that weren’t called to testify in the House or under oath in front of a Grand Jury, and if the American people believe they have the right to see and hear witnesses and allow additional documents to be admitted, than understand that it’s not the responsibility of the Senate, but the House that’s at fault! The Dem’s lacking work product is because of the lazy, feckless, and panicking Pelosi led Democratic Party that’s about to have their House ‘rocked’ by the ongoing criminal investigation by the DOJ, and looking into the corruption of the Obama Administration’s once respected by the world Intel and National Security Agencies leadership of the FBI, DOJ, and CIA!
Those agencies include the FBI, DOJ, and CIA that have turned their backs on not only the oath they took to protect and Defend the Constitution, but America and the American people that they lied to!
Schiff and Nadler chose not to go to the Judicial Branch of Congress to force those White House protected under privilege witnesses to testify, and having to do it unconstitutionally by overriding the President’s Constitutionally granted executive privilege that every President has enjoyed under the separation of powers dynamic that has existed in our Constitutional Republic since the beginning of time!
Schumer Opposed Witness Testimony During Clinton Impeachment, But Demands It for Trump Sham Trial!

“It seems to me that no good case has been made for witnesses,” Schumer said at a press conference on Jan. 27, 1999, ahead of the trail for the former president, who committed perjury. “I wonder if the House managers aren’t a little more interested in political theater than in actually getting to the bottom of the facts,” he said a few days later.
In a letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Sunday, Schumer set out the guidelines for a weeks-long trial in the Senate, including a list of witnesses Democrats want to call.
“I propose, pursuant to our rules, that the Chief Justice on behalf of the Senate issue subpoenas for testimony by the following witnesses with direct knowledge of Administration decisions regarding the delay in security assistance funds to the government of Ukraine and the requests for certain investigations to be announced by the government of Ukraine: Robert Blair, Senior Advisor to the Acting White House Chief of Staff; Mick Mulvaney, Acting White House Chief of Staff; John Bolton, former National Security Advisor; and Michael Duffey, Associate Director for National Security, Office of Management and Budget.”
And he added: “In the trial of President Clinton, the House Managers were permitted to call witnesses, and it is clear that the Senate should hear testimony of witnesses in this trial as well.”
Schumer said the four witnesses he wants to be called were all asked to testify in the House impeachment inquiry.
“We would of course be open to hearing the testimony of additional witnesses having direct knowledge of the Administration’s decisions regarding the delay in security assistance funds to the government of Ukraine and the requests for certain investigations to be announced by the government of Ukraine, if the President’s counsel or House Managers identify such witnesses,” he said.
Schumer also said also said witness testimony time should “be limited to not more than four hours” for House Managers and “not more than four hours for the President’s counsel.”
What all these ‘Never Trumper’s’ need to know is that it’s not President Trump who dropped the ball, but the leadership of the ‘Deep State’ of the New but less informed Socialist Branch of the Democratic party! It will be Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, and Nadler who will end up going home with their tails between their legs, but knowing they can come back when they figure out what they need to do in the future if they just follow the pre-programmed guidelines for dummies when it comes to trying to impeach this, or any other President again!
