The Dems think they can change gears and topics after tow years of accusations about the Russians colluding with the Russians, but now with the Mueller Investigation finding nothing have decided, with Pelosi’s urging, to change the topic back to their old back up topic and first ‘major’ lie, Obamacare, that could only be passed by changing the rules in the Senate, being passed without one Republican, and then lying to the American people by promising that if they wanted to keep their doctor and Health Plan they could!
It’s time for the ‘Deep State’ run ‘Paid to Report’ Mainstream Media to pay through their noses/asses for the intentional slander, false accusations, ‘Fake’ News, and ‘Fake’ nonexistent sources who if were real would have been protected by law, and if not real still protected, which gives the Mainstream Media’s mouthpieces a license to lie repeatedly without fear of any repercussions, and even if there were repercussions, they would be carried off on the shoulders of their fellow mouthpieces to jail, not disclose the sources until she released, and then made a martyr to the ‘Never Trump’ cause!
I think I know a good lawyer to call for President Trump when the time is right, and that would be Lin Wood! Whose Lin Wood you might be asking, it’s the lawyer that Richard Jewell, the security guard who discovered the bomb that exploded during the Summer Olympics in 1997 then became a suspect in the case, filed a libel lawsuit against the publisher of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Piedmont College, his former employer.
Jewell’s attorneys also announced they had reached a settlement with CNN over his claims that the news network had invaded his privacy and his mother’s while covering the aftermath of the bombing.
The settlement included what a Cable News Network spokesman called a “financial component,” but the amount was not disclosed.
The lawsuit against Cox Enterprises, owner of the Atlanta newspapers, names 10 editors and reporters, including the two who wrote the July 30 front-page article naming Jewell as a suspect in the bombing. The lawsuit was filed in Fulton County Superior Court.
Lawyer Lin Wood, also represents smeared Covington Catholic student Nicholas Sandmann, revealed that they planned to sue CNN for more than $250 million in a defamation suit in the coming days.
Throughout the video clip Fox News released on Saturday, Wood laid out the case against CNN and suggested their “vicious” attack against his client was worse than that of The Washington Post.
Washington Post. The Post was $50 million for the reputational damage – and we can discuss why that figure – $200 million in punitive damage. Punitive damages are designed to punish and to deter.
I think if President Trump loses the 2020 elections that he will have a better case for Lin Wood to file then the previous two, and that the reward will be a hundred times, or even thousands of times more lucrative!
Now we have the Democratic presidential hopeful Beto O’Rourke who just said he thinks it is “beyond the shadow of a doubt” that President Trump colluded with Russia for the 2016 election, and this is after the Mueller Investigation’s released report. Let’s add him and all the others that continue with their accusations, especially after the Mueller Report has been released, and would have to believe that all of these comments would be considered slander, which makes these freewheeling believers in the First Amendment Democrats, which we no they don’t, will be liable for sure for those comments!!!
You would think that these Democrat’s lawyers would have advised him about keeping his hands off this strategy of doubling and tripling down on the Mueller Investigation after its already been announced that there won’t be any more indictments! Ching, Ching Mr. President, especially being front and center on the ‘Deep State’ Mainstream Media’s front page, and now knowing how Richard Jewell cleaned up with his suit, and now Nick Sandmann, who based on the first precedent ‘Will’ also be cleaning up with his Law suit!
Let me tell you, President Trump’s case has it all over Jewell’s and Sandmann’s cases, and we should all take comfort in knowing that Citizen Trump, a.k.a. now Mainstream Media Mogul, will own every ‘Deep State’ run, ‘Paid to Report’ Mainstream Media outlet when he cleans up, and renames them all ‘The Make America First and Great’ Mega Mainstream Media Inc!
