The intentional elimination of Our Constitutional Guaranteed Individual Rights are the reason why the Pelosi and Schumer led Progressive Dems constantly use the term ‘Democracy, and that’s because in its purest definition has the majority ruling over the unprotected by a constitution minority, and is the reason why the Dems constantly use the term to convince who’ll ever listen, that if elected, they will as the self proclaimed majority, continue on with Obama’s mission of transforming America’s form of governance to one that doesn’t protect the minority!
The Pelosi and Schumer led Dems will accomplish this by ignoring, like the Obama Administration had done for years, our founder’s Constitutional Republic’s equal protections under the Law! We all know this isn’t a stretch for them because we’ve all witnessed them doing it more than enough times when confirming Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, when trying to impeach the 45th President of the United States, and now trying to blame the Coronavirus on the same 45th President after they gave America 10 years of anywhere from 25,000 to 69,000 deaths a year due to one of the many viruses that mother nature has unleashed on the world!
I’m talking specifically about the H1N1 Swine Flu Virus that the Obama Administration tried to hide for 6 months after the first reported case, and only then because they no longer could hide the deaths of 1,000 Americans, with another million being infected! The Dems had no respect or interest in following our founder’s Constitutionally guaranteed rights to ‘Due Process’ or the ‘Presumption of Innocence,’ and haven’t ever since President Trump’s inauguration on January 20th 2017, and even before when he was a candidate!
In an unvarnished democracy that’s unrestrained by a constitution, the majority can vote to impose tyranny on themselves and the minority opposition. They can vote to elect those who will infringe upon our inalienable God-given rights, our constitutional guaranteed individual rights, and basic premise behind ‘Common Sense,’ which Pelosi and company hope that you’ve completely forgotten about!
What the Electoral College does is to protect America from the tyranny of the bi-coastal Socialist elites who might have the numbers when it comes to the popular vote, as we’ve all witnessed a couple of times over the last 20 years, and is the exact reason why our founders used this version of the selection process to come up with the best and most dedicated to the ideals of our founders for the job as President who not only represents what’s in the best interest for America as a whole, but the best direction for generations to take America into the future!
The Pelosi and Schumer Dems, with their ‘Billionaire’s Boys Club’ financing, intend to use that Majority status through their self proclaimed superiority after steeling another election in 2020 by using voter fraud they did in 2018 to take back the House, and after doing that with no push back from the American people or the possibly on board Republicans, use those forever proclamations of America being a ‘Social Democracy,’ plan to label the unprotected by the constitution top earners and corporations who they’ve determined won’t have a say because of being the minority in the definition of a ‘Pure’ Democracy that doesn’t get a say!
The Dems minority will be on the hook for the financial needs of the people whenever the Dem leadership deem it necessary, request it, or should I call it as I have to believe we all see it, demand it from the American taxpayer and corporations that they’ve determined have no Constitutional protections, have no ability to push-back, or any recourse other than being grateful that they’re at least getting a ‘Have a nice day’ salutation after paying more than their fair share!
Bernie and Biden’s Messages are Synonymous When it Comes to the Effect They’ll Have on America’s ‘Constitutional Republic!
We got an ear full from Bernie making his millions selling Socialism to whoever will listen, and then found out the truth about Scandinavian Socialism not from Bernie but from Rand Paul who visited Scandinavia and wrote a book on the subject. Paul tells it like it is, and that “Nowadays, the big thing is, oh, what we all thought Bernie was referring to, and that’s the Kinder and gentler socialism. We want Scandinavian socialism, but Paul makes the point – I think very clearly and supported by facts – that, one, Scandinavia is not socialist. Nothing’s really for free. They have enormous taxes, so it’s a false allure in our country when they say, oh, the top 1%’s going to pay for it. It won’t work. There’s not enough money. Now we have a market that’s temporarily crashing because of the unknown habits and practices of the Coronavirus, but still have these two, but appears soon to be one, Democratic candidates for the Presidency, who obviously either don’t have a clue or knows anything about how an economy works, but still running their campaign(s) on promising to spend hard working taxpayer dollars and Corporations perceived profits curing the world’s lies about Climate Change, and then giving whoever isn’t an American Citizens, but living in America, ‘Free’ anything they need in exchange for their illegal votes!
Now add to that the increasing National debt that America has to deal with, and then ask yourself if this is what needs to be done to make a better life, and if so, a better life for whom? (Hmmm, or is that supposed to be ‘Who’)
Can America Pay Its Financial Obligations Now?
In America the top fifth of households made 56% of pre-tax income but paid 86% of all individual income tax revenue collected, according to the most recent data available from the Congressional Budget Office.
Narrowing in further: The top 1% of households, which made 19% of pre-tax income, paid 39% of all individual income taxes.
The trend is similar if you count income taxes, social insurance taxes, excise taxes and corporate income taxes (such as capital gains) combined. The top fifth of households paid 69% of all federal taxes. The top 1% paid 28%.
What everyone seems to be missing if your concerned about what’s going on in America today, and concerned about the ‘Left’ wing with now 2 candidates promising ‘Free’ stuff that the Pelosi and Schumer Led Dems expect to be dished out to support illegals over American Citizens, and continuing to do so even after this attack on every American citizen by the Coronavirus, are now being directed to the end of the line to wait their turn!
The Coronavirus is not only attacking us at home but the people from around the world with the only difference being, as I see it, is that the rate of the virus spreading in America has not been at the same pace as it been spreading in other nations around the world, and I have to believe it has do with our President catching it early and acting quickly! While the Dems keep blaming President Trump for not acting sooner, and while those thanking him for action so quickly, the Dems keep failing to mention or acknowledging that what they were doing at the same time, was trying to impeach a President who has not only lived up to his campaign promises, but succeeding, at least until the Coronavirus hindered his continued success, of making America first and great again!
Think about the fact that the Dems didn’t have the time to protect the American people from the Coronavirus, but had more than enough time to impeach a duly elected President who was elected by 63 Million Americans because Hillary couldn’t win the 2016 election, and because she lost that what they did illegally and unconstitutionally to help her win, wasn’t able to buried or hidden from the inquisitive eyes and minds of those who knew that something just wasn’t quite right with not only protecting Hillary from her emails, but how the FBI and DOJ’s leadership roles and responsibilities were being assumed by other leaders roles of the same but different Obama Administration’s Agencies, a.k.a. also known as ‘Red Flags!’
What the American people need to understand is that if Hillary had won she would have further bolstered the renewal of Obama’s policies to destroy America from within, and I believe that the America your living in today because of this MAGA President would have looked a lot different if he hadn’t won and under a Hillary Presidency!
I don’t know if you can trust the Dems, who to took their eyes off the safety of the American people’s ‘Ball’ when it came to the Coronavirus, and doing it again just as Obama did back in 2009 with the H1N1 Swine Flu where he waited 6 months before acting because he thought, with the support of the Mainstream Media, that he could hide it from the American people until it ran its course and ended, that is until they basically got like Adam Schiff always says, “Caught” and realized that after 1 million Americans had become infected with 1,000 reported dying, that they had to come clean!
The only problem with that though is that 10 years later the H1N1 Swine Flu Virus, along with all the other viruses that Mother Nature has thrown at us, is killing anywhere from 25,000 to 69,000 a year, which in my mind makes this reaction to the Coronavirus somewhat overblown, and somewhat overblown for political reasons for political gain only! Even though I’m pointing at the Dems it takes two to tango, and when you have a two party system that determines the future of America, there is noway, with both sides of the aisle’s representatives taking the same oath to protect and defend the Constitution you got to know that the ‘Right’ hand knows what the ‘Left’ hand is doing at all times, and to say otherwise is telling the American people that Stalin’s ‘Useful Idiots’ comments pertains to us, the American people!

If We Can Shut Down America for COVID-19, Dems Can Shut It Down for Climate Change, Gun Control, and You Name It! ~~Dennis Prager

In a Tuesday piece for American Greatness, “Why the Remedy May Be Worse Than the Disease,” Prager issues a dire warning for a country reeling from a self-imposed shutdown.
In the scramble to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Americans must be vigilant against the kind of cure some may prescribe.
“We can only be certain that shutting down virtually every part of society will result in a large number of people economically ruined, life savings depleted, decades of work building a restaurant or some other small business destroyed,” Prager explains.
“But the longer-term ripple effects are potentially far worse,” he warns.Read Morex
“Communist parties don’t fare well in robust economies,” Prager adds. “But they’re very tempting when people are in dire economic straits. Only God knows what economic dislocation the shutting down of American and other Western economies will lead to.”
Prager is right.
The COVID-19 virus does not simply represent a health threat — it has also sparked a larger calamity the likes of which we are just now beginning to see, but can hardly imagine.
Looming bankruptcies.
Skyrocketing unemployment.
Supply line disruptions.
Fear of social unrest.
And that doesn’t even take into account an impending psychological emergency from the exhaustion of dealing with constant crisis.
Prager issues a prediction:
“If the government can order society to cease functioning, from restaurants and other businesses to schools, due to a possible health disaster, it is highly likely that a Democratic president and Congress will similarly declare emergency and assert authoritarian rule in order to prevent what they consider the even greater ‘existential threat’ to human life posed by global warming.”
Could America close to “protect” itself from global warming? Could shutdowns and “shelter-in-place” orders be imposed for say, higher CO2 levels, ozone alert days, or farting cows?

Obama’s version of declaring Martial Law specifically states that it can apply during peace time as well as in times of War, and that all actions specified within the order are under Obama’s direction. Obama made good on his promise to use executive action to expand his authority and quietly signed the order called National Defense Resources Preparedness which puts our nation in a permanent state of martial law that only needs to be activated by the President, whenever he should so chooses to do so.
The base of the action is the Defense Production Act of 1950 which was created due to the Korean war, however this latest power grab by the president greatly expands on the authority that was granted in that act and basically allows the government to take over and control every resource that’s available at the time of the declaration.
A frightening aspect of Obama’s version is that acts of aggression towards the United States homeland by outside forces is no longer required for implementation. Obama’s version states specifically that it can apply during peace time as well, and that all actions specified within the order are under Obama’s direction.The “integrated policy making forum” for all Order policies consists of Jeh Johnson today, Janet Napolitano then, and the National Security Council.
The entire economy will come under the president’s direction once the order is implemented and he will issue regulations establishing nationwide procedures and standards of production. This will include the control of “general distribution of any material (including applicable services) to the civilian market.”Additionally, all manufacturing will cease unless approved by the president and anything that is produced the government will be given first rights to. It will also give the administration the authority to seize private companies and facilities and modify or change the way they operate as it sees fit, which pretty much means that private business will be told what they can make, how they’re supposed to make it, and when they must make it.
Civilian transportation of all types will also fall under its control along with food supplies, all forms of energy production, farms and farm equipment, water resources, and all healthcare resources. Within it FEMA camps are also mentioned and given the authority to carry out emergency preparedness mandates as specified in the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief Act. The act is what created the ‘temporary housing’ facilities for people who have been displaced which we all know as FEMA camps.
Such changes to something should be enough to send chills down the backs of Americans nationwide. There’s no need for the complete takeover of the nation during times of peace under the guise of ‘national defense’ no matter which way you look at it so one has to wonder

Dems ‘Democracy’ Talking Point is a Minority’s Nightmare if Used Literally!

Democracy is defined as a political system which is made by/of/for the people. The republic is the representative democracy with the chief of the state known as president. In a democracy, the rule of majority people prevails whereas in the case of the republic the rule of law prevails.
Democracy seems to be the catch phrase that Pelosi and Schumer’s Dems prefer to use to defend their lies about the reason they’re attacking this President and the driving force behind those attacks! The truth of the matter is that it’s not only ‘not’ mentioned in the Founder’s Constitution, but the Dems go to that term of Democracy anytime they try to convince their new and ‘illegal’ immigrant base to vote to help them do away with our founder’s Electoral College, the 1st and 2nd Amendments, and as we’ve witnesses time and time again since President Trump’s inauguration back in January of 2017, and that’s trying to convince anyone that will listen, that it’s OK if the majority in either branch of the government can use a simple majority to violate, bypass, or ignore our founder’s Constitution or the ‘Rule of Law!’

The truth of the matter is that if you control the message, a.k.a., the Mainstream Media, and they’re backing that full of shit ‘Double Standard’ lie, and if you still rely on the ‘Deep State’ run ‘Paid to Report Mainstream Media for the information that drives your belief system, but still haven’t bought into the notion that the Mainstream Media is corrupt yet, then know you’re the problem and not the solution when it comes to fixing America!
What you’ve done is become a partner in helping the ‘Deep State‘ exploit those same lies that Obama and his Administration have been telling since the first day you believed in Obama’s rallying cry of ‘Hope and Change!’ What you probably didn’t know was that it didn’t mean making our founder’s Constitutional Republic better, but transforming our founder’s dream of having a government that would be ‘By the People and For the People’ to one that’s failed every place it’s been attempted, and that’s to a Socialist dictatorships where people become numbers, and your life isn’t based on your dreams, but the ‘powers to be’ whims, fake promises, and outright lies!
The Founders Believed in Limited Government!
The Founders distrusted strong governments. Their own experience and study of history taught them that overly powerful governments turned oppressive. But they also knew a government was necessary, in fact, a stronger one than what they had at the beginning of our nation. By the time the Constitutional Convention convened in May of 1787, a consensus had developed that the Articles of Confederation were severely flawed, but there was uncertainty about what kind of government could sustain a republic through the ages. They knew it couldn’t be too weak, but it also couldn’t be too strong.
The Founders did not seek a Goldilocks government. Instead they designed an elaborate set of checks and balances so they could give the government enough power to govern, while harnessing it with multiple Lilliputian ropes that would hold it in place so it didn’t trample the little people. From our high school civics class we all learned about the checks and balances between the three branches, but teachers seldom mention the intended check of the national government by the states. Nor were we taught that the Founders wanted our national leaders selected and elected by different means as yet another check on a runaway government. Lastly, the Constitution ratified by the people was supposed to be the premier check to prevent our government from becoming oppressive.
Like Gulliver, our behemoth national government has shrugged off one constraint after another until there are no practical limits to its power. All three branches regularly overstep their boundaries as if each were given unchecked authority. The states are currently struggling to reassert their rightful place in a federal system. State legislatures no longer elect Senators, and the Electoral College is under attack. The general welfare, commerce, and necessary and proper clauses have been use to circumvent the enumerated powers. The Constitution itself has been made impotent by defining it as a living document.
As a result, the national government has few acknowledged constraints. We have diverted from the intent of the Founders. In 1791, James Madison told Washington that “to take a single step beyond the text would be to take possession of a boundless field of power.” He then recommended that the government, “keep close to our chartered authorities.”
