While everybody is preoccupied with the Impeachment trial, the ‘Shiny Object’ to keep the American People’s eyes off the ball, our southern border is being bum rushed by illegal immigrants, refugees and the criminal element known as MS-13, who will be the future, if not already, members of both George Soros’s sponsored BLM and Antifa! In January 2020 there were 29,000 apprehensions and expulsions by Border Patrol agents on our Southern Border, but in January 2021, there were 75,000, HELLO!
For all of you that are glued to your TV sets watching the 2nd Dog and Pony show, let me tell you how it ends, Citizen Trump gets acquitted, and that’s because in order to remove a Citizen that is no longer the President of the United States you need 67 votes in the Senate, never going to happen!

Also remember that when it comes to our elected officials that we sent to Washington, or should I say after seeing ‘MyPillow’s Mike Lindell’s video, that China sent to Washington, and don’t abide by the Constitution, like with what’s going on with the these 2 impeachments when it comes to denying the ex-President of the United States ‘Due Process,’ just know that they will be rendered ‘Null and Void,’ and have no effect!

1. The Constitution of the United States is the “Supreme Law of the Land” and any law that strays outside the boundaries enumerated in it are undeniably unconstitutional.
2. The undisputable fact that acts passed by Congress or by State legislatures which do not conform to the Constitution of the United States have been found by the Supreme Court to be “null and void and have no effect”.
3. The enactment of unconstitutional laws by legislators clearly violated their Oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America”.
4. The violation of this Oath by an elected official/public officer could therefore be construed as a “Treasonable Act”.
It’s amazing to me how these Democrats that are now exposing their disdain for the constitution, but are actually using the constitution to hide behind, while at the same time violating the Constitution all in the same sentence!
First, if they believe in the constitution then they know that the election has still not been verified! Doesn’t it seem more than just a little obvious, especially after finding out that this perfectly timed and patented BLM and Antifa like storming of the Capitol, but on top of that now happening at the exact same time that was needed to stop the proceedings of Congress’s constitutional duty to to certify the 2020 election, might be just a little bit more than just coincidental? Wait, there’s more?
Do you think the American People will hear about the 7 days in advance that the FBI, and other members of Democrats like AOC were given the heads up on the upcoming goings on intended for Capitol Hill? Do you think that the American people will hear about the 6 times that both the Washington DC and Capitol Hill Security asked for backup before the ‘Trump Mob’ stormed the Capitol but Pelosi, who represents Congress on these issues refused to answer their pleas and rejected the request, and that’s even with the FBI an others being given the heads up for the previous 7-10 days?
Sound familiar? How about in Benghazi when Ambassador Stevens asked Hillary’s State Department for back up over 100 times, and Hillary refused a 100 times that resulted in the death of 4 Americans? Does anybody think that it might of had something to do with the unconstitutional war in Libya that Hillary and Obama were conducting?

Speaker Pelosi spoke with General Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, about making certain President Trump couldn’t launch a nuke. She also suggested they remove the President with a military coup.
A spokesman for General Milley, Col. Dave Butler, confirmed that the two had spoken and said the general had “answered her questions regarding the process of nuclear command authority.
But some Defense Department officials have privately expressed anger that political leaders seemed to be trying to get the Pentagon to do the work of Congress and Cabinet secretaries, who have legal options to remove a president.
Mr. Trump, they noted, is still the commander in chief, and unless he is removed, the military is bound to follow his lawful orders. While military officials can refuse to carry out orders they view as illegal, they cannot proactively remove the president from the chain of command. That would be a military coup, these officials said. [Emphasis mine]
That is sedition! She should be arrested. The woman is dangerous in addition to evil!

He’s from Utah and the founder of “Insurgence USA,” which is a group dedicated to “racial justice and police reform.” According to numerous news reports, he has a history of organizing leftist protests and identifies with Black Lives Matter.
Over the summer, Sullivan was arrested after organizing a violent riot in Utah that ended with a shooting. One of the host groups was the Salt Lake Antifascist [Antifa] Coalition!

Does anybody think that the prosecution for the impeachment will even mention those findings, I say probably not, but if Citizen Trumps defense team doesn’t mention it I would have to say that before HOUSE BILL HR 5717 possibly comes to fruition, I think I would fill the tank and restock by home with 2nd Amendment guaranteed rights!

Pelosi Changes House Rules to Squelch Republicans!
The Democrats have gotten rid of a long-standing House rule, known as “motion to recommit,” that permits the minority party to change legislation on the floor before a vote.
A Las Vegas Review-Journal editorial condemned the move, which the Democrats carried out this week as the majority party passed the rules that will govern the chamber for the next two years.

Did you notice that what Pelosi did there by changing the rules to eliminated the “motion to recommit,” that permits the ‘minority’ party to change legislation on the floor before a vote? She is reinforcing what the ‘Radical Left’ has been caught doing for the 1 Billionth time trying to convince the American people that we are a Democracy when in truth we are a Constitutional Republic!
A DEMOCRACY:
The chief characteristic and distinguishing feature of a Democracy is: Rule by Omnipotent Majority.
In a Democracy, The Individual, and any group of Individuals composing any Minority, have no protection against the unlimited power of The Majority. It is a case of Majority-over-Man.
A REPUBLIC:
A Republic, on the other hand, has a very different purpose and an entirely different form, or system, of government.
Its purpose is to control The Majority strictly, as well as all others among the people, primarily to protect The Individual’s God-given, unalienable rights and therefore for the protection of the rights of The Minority, of all minorities, and the liberties of people in general.
The definition of a Republic is: a constitutionally limited government of the representative type, created by a written Constitution–adopted by the people and changeable (from its original meaning) by them only by its amendment–with its powers divided between three separate Branches: Executive, Legislative and Judicial. Here the term “the people” means, of course, the electorate.
It’s come to the point where those representatives that you and I send to Washington need to be restrained, and retrained using not only a tight leash, but a horses ‘bit’ in their mouth so that when it comes time to vote on any and all bills or laws in either the House or the Senate that they vote the way they’re told to vote by the people that voted to send them to Washington to represent what’s in the best interests of their state, which is just 1 state out of 50 states that also expect their elected officials to do the same for the other 49 individual states!
I would have to take a wild guess here and say that there is not one Democrat, Republican, Independent, legal or even illegal immigrant from any of the 50 states that would vote knowingly to eliminated ‘We the People’s’ Constitutional guaranteed rights, so why is this the agenda of the elitists on both sides of the aisle, especially when America and the American people are according to the constitution ‘We The People Are Sovereign!
This is ‘NOT’ about left vs. right, and election integrity is ‘NOT’ a partisan issue. We the People of the United States are sovereign. We are not subjects to be ruled. Free and fair elections are one of the foundations of our Republic and the most fundamental principle defining credible elections is they must reflect the free expression of the will of the people.
‘We the American People’ know that when our Elected Officials violate their oath, and intentionally sell out America for what’s best for the rest of the world (China), and getting paid to do it, than you no longer work for the American people, but now not only lose the privileges’ that come with representing the people of the state they were supposed to be representing, but now unceremoniously being physically dragged from their perch on Capitol hill, and without the same ‘Due Process’ that they didn’t extend the ex-President of the United States of America not only once, but twice!
“When the legislators, courts and/or Congress fail to do their duty under the 12th Amendment, you must be ready Mr. President to immediately declare a limited form of Martial Law, and temporarily suspend the Constitution and civilian control of these federal elections, for the sole purpose of having the military oversee a national re-vote.”
If all else fails, there is always the 2nd Amendment!
The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution is a single sentence with profound implications. It reads: “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” As part of the Bill of Rights, this amendment safeguards US citizens’ right to bear arms.
