The Mueller Investigation is on trial again and Trump’s new AG William Barr is the one on the front line to defend our founder’s Constitutional Processes, and when are the Dems going to start doing their homework and stop looking like idiots anytime a topic related to the the Constitution comes up, and when are those lying Dems going to learn how those Constitutional processes work?
As Yogi Berra once said, “It’s like Déjà vu all over again,” which reminds me of how Comey determined that Hillary did not obstruction Justice but just ‘’Extremely Careless,” but then with Comey’s FBI’s job description only being to investigate the accusations with the DOJ supposedly coming up with the appropriate Indictment/charge, then why didn’t Mueller do his job by either recommending indicting President Trump for obstruction, which was ‘Mueller’s’ responsibility but left it up to President Trump’s New AG William Barr, who wasn’t privy to all the specifics of the case, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who was the acting Attorney General who oversaw the Mueller Investigation when Sessions wrongly recused himself, assist in the findings and summary of the Mueller Investigation!
As I watch the quizzing of AG Barr by the Democratic candidates for the 2020 position of President, I’m reminded that none of them know how to listen to the answers that AG Barr had already given before they asked the same questions, and because of that have my doubts that they have any interest, like the 8 years of the Obama Administration that didn’t listen either, care anything about the ‘Will’ of the American people!
It was at least 3 times the Dem quizzers tried to corner AG Barr with the 30 hours of testimony by President Trumps top lawyer Donald McGahn, who got to where he is today by parlaying his job as general counsel to the Trump campaign into the position of White House counsel. McGahn said that President Trump, because of his belief that there was a conflict of interest with Bob Mueller, thought he should be fired, but after about the third time and not understanding that this didn’t mean that the investigation was over, but just that another person would take over.
Mueller’s letter of over a month ago was just coincidentally leaked the night before Barr’s testimony! What I noticed was that AG Barr requested that Mueller and his team to make the redactions before the report was handed over, but Mueller didn’t, which meant Barr and his team would have to do it, which would take a few weeks. What comes next is that Mueller wanted Barr to release his 19 page summary when he turned over the report which makes me think that Mueller was trying to get ahead of the report so that the ‘Deep State’ Mainstream Media could put their spin on it for the 2-3 weeks it would take AG Barr to redact the report were finished.
Mueller sent that note instead of just calling Barr because Mueller wanted Barr to release his 19 page summary that came with the report immediately before the report was finished with the redactions, but when Barr told Mueller he was going to release everything at once after the redactions were done. Mueller used the excuse of writing the note was due to the misinterpretation by the Press about the findings of the obstruction in the report, which I believe was a lie, and a chance for Mueller to get another shot at President Trump by using the Press to do their spin thing with the release of Mueller’s 19 page summary before the report was released!
The conflict of interest with Mueller that President Trump thought was a reason for Mueller to be fired was either the fact that President Trump didn’t choose him to be his AG, or because of his relationship with Rod Rosenstein when the two of them were with the Obama FBI. Mueller was the Head of the Obama FBI, and Rosenstein was his man taking care of the Uranium One Deal cover up, and the two of them could be up against it for their part in the cover up!
As a result of the boom coming down on the ‘Deep State’ by AG Barr due to his willingness to look into the Hillary email scandal again, especially after Comey’s obvious corruption in the coordination with Loretta Lynch, and Lynch’s rendezvous with Bill Clinton on the Phoenix Tarmac just days before the verdict by Comey came down on the Hillary emails, you would have to bet that AG Barr will take another look at the facts. Don’t forget about AG Barr agreeing with the notion that there was ‘spying’ going on with the Trump campaign being the target during the 2016 Presidential Campaign, and with that being said, I would have to be believe that the role that Mueller, Rosenstein, and McCabe played in the unconstitutional and not approved sale of 20% of America’s Uranium, and that the slapped wrists they received in one of Obama’s kangaroo courts for their treasonous action with either Eric Holder or Loretta Lynch at the Helm of the Obama DOJ, might be up for review to see if jail time is warranted the second time around!
MUELLER, ROSENSTEIN, MCCABE AFRAID OF URANIUM ONE EXPOSURE
Mueller, Rosenstein, and McCabe’s focus are to keep the attention on the Russian Bull Shit because they are afraid of the Uranium One deal based on the treasonous actions by these 3, who basically tried to cover it up, to be reopened. They basically got their wrist slapped by an Obama appointed Judge with little to no fanfare at all coming from the Obama ‘Deep State’ run ‘Paid to Report’ Mainstream Media. Hillary with her loss in the 2016 basically hung the Obama FBI, DOJ, and CIA out to dry because by her no winning couldn’t bury any of these agencies corrupt leadership, which caused the creation of the ‘Fake’ Russian Dossier to give all these ‘King’s’ men time to fend for themselves and divert and stall any attempt to expose all the corruption that to this day, is still being hidden from the American people, and still not being handed over after first being requested and then subpoenaed by the Congressional Oversight Committee so that the American people can see exactly how much the Democrats hate President Trump more than they love America!!
FBI Probe into Russian Uranium Bribes Concealed by Obama DOJ; Mueller, McCabe, Rosenstein Involved! by Tyler Durden
There was an 11-count indictment of former uranium transportation company executive, Mark Lambert, was the latest in a series of DOJ prosecutions involving individuals linked to the Russian nuclear industry and the Uranium One deal.
According to the indictment, Lambert and others at Transport Logistics International (TLI) engaged in several counts of bribery, kickbacks and money laundering with Russian nuclear official Vadim Mikerin, in order to secure business advantages with TENEX – a subsidiary of Rosatom, the Kremlin’s state-owned energy company which bought Uranium One.
TLI would have ostensibly transported all the uranium from the U1 deal, were it not for an FBI undercover mole buried deep within the Russian nuclear industry who gathered extensive evidence of corruption.
What many don’t realize is that Lambert’s indictment is not the first linked to the Uranium One deal.
In fact, Robert Mueller’s FBI had been investigating the scheme since at least 2008 – with retiring Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe assigned to the ongoing investigation which was hidden from the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS). Had they known, the committee never would have approved the Uranium One deal with TENEX’s parent company, Rosatom.
Four individuals were eventually prosecuted and given plea agreements after the Uranium One deal was approved. The prosecuting DOJ attorneys? Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and top Mueller investigator in the Trump-Russia probe, Andrew Weissman – who praised former acting Attorney General Sally Yates for defying Trump.
Unsurprisingly, all four indicted individuals were handed extremely light sentences, none of which made headlines.
The judge? Theodore Chuang – an Obama appointee who went to Harvard Law at the same time as Obama, advised Hillary Clinton as “Counselor on detail to the United States Department of State,” and just so happened to strike down Trump’s “Travel Ban” Executive Order. Chuang’s wife, Jacinta Ma served as a senior policy advisor to Michelle Obama.
