Unmasked: Has the truth about the 2020 election been uncovered?
PolitiFact assessment of the Cyber Attack on our 2020 election as being a conspiracy theory is conveniently ignoring the obvious, and when it is that overwhelming and biggest elephant in the room, it was the candidate Joe Biden himself who bragged about his billion dollar Quid Pro Quo threat to save his son in Ukraine, groped when openly in public, caught in a huge lie about not knowing about his son’s business dealings, but in the end and by a partner of the Biden Influencing international family run business and getting a piece of the action!

80 Million voters didn’t vote for this man, and 80 Million Americans didn’t vote to have their constitutionally guaranteed rights rendered useless, and finally, 80 Million Americans didn’t vote to have open borders and then have their tax dollars pay for other nations of the world’s problems before what the Constitution mandates, and that’s making America first for the last 245 years!
Did the 2020 presidential election in four states follow the Constitution, or not?
That is the question 126 Republican members of Congress, including myself, asked the Supreme Court of the United States in an amicus curiae brief in Texas v. Pennsylvania, et al. The amicus brief asked the court if the U.S. Constitution was followed in the November 2020 election in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.
This is an important question that needs to be answered, for this election and all future elections.
The U.S. Constitution clearly states that presidential electors must be appointed according to rules established by each state’s legislature. In other words, state law determines how presidential elections are conducted.
This did not appear to happen in at least four states during the 2020 election.
Georgia:
In Georgia, state law prohibits the counting of absentee ballots until after the polls open on Election Day. In clear violation of the law, and thus the U.S. Constitution, the State Election Board, not the legislature, allowed processing of ballots up to three weeks before Election Day.
Pennsylvania:
State law states that the deadline for a county board of elections to receive a mail-in ballot is 8 p.m. on Election Day. Instead of following state law, judges, without any authorization by the Pennsylvania General Assembly, usurped legislative power by extending that deadline to three days after Election Day.
In another violation, Pennsylvania’s secretary of state violated Pennsylvania state law, and thus the U.S. Constitution, by removing the state law mandate that requires all applications for absentee or mail-in ballots for non-disabled and non-military voters be signed by the applicant.
Michigan:
State law requires that all absentee ballot requests be requested by the voter through a careful and secure application process requiring a signature. The Michigan secretary of state violated this law, and thus the U.S. Constitution, when she instead set up a website where people could request an absentee ballot.
In Wisconsin:
State law prohibits the use of unmanned drop boxes for ballots. Nevertheless, the non-legislative Wisconsin Elections Commission and other local officials unconstitutionally created hundreds of drop boxes to collect absentee ballots, including the use of unmanned drop boxes.
The amicus brief concludes, “Our constitutional republic has endured for nearly two and a half centuries based on the consent of the governed. That consent is grounded in the confidence of our people in the legitimacy of our institutions of government. Among our most fundamental institutions is the system of free and fair elections that we rely upon, and any erosion in that foundation jeopardizes the stability of our republic.”
What you really need to know ‘NOW’ about those 4 states is that Kamala Harris, the still only Vice President elect because Congress never certified the election due to an obvious and perfectly timed storming of the Capital by what was supposed to be a ‘Trump Mob’ that turned out to be a well organized and planned out BLM and Antifa organized ‘Violent Protest’ that was led by a Utah man who was found in the Capitol on January 6th, but also known to be a high ranking organizer for both BLM and Antifa!

Kamala Harris illegally and unconstitutionally didn’t bother to disclose her own or her husband’s ties to those Dominion Voting machines that had control over those voting machines in those same 4 states plus in NV, WI, PA, GA, MI, WI, or her husband’s ties, and like the current Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to Communist China!

Running The Data On PolitiFact Shows Bias Against Conservatives
Whenever you see the “Republicans Lie More Than Democrats” headline, whether it is in The Atlantic, the New York Times, Politico, or Salon, you’ll find that the data to support this claim comes from PolitiFact’s aggregate truth metrics. Using collective data instead of individual cases lets PolitiFact gloss over individual articles that delivered a questionable rating, comparable situations for two speakers that PolitiFact treated differently, biased selection of facts, and instances in which PolitiFact made an editorial decision to check one speaker over another.
We could list instance after instance in which we might feel PolitiFact was being unfair, but all those details are washed away when we look at the aggregate totals. And those totals certainly seem to run heavily against politicians with an “R” next to their names.
In the chart below, we’ve ranked politicians according to their “truthiness” as ranked by PolitiFact. Everything above the black line is ranked as “true” or “mostly true.” The individuals are ranked by their “truthiness” from left to right, making Bernie Sanders the most reliably truthful and Donald Trump the least.
The Truth, On Average
First we ranked truth values to see how PolitiFact rates different individuals and aggregate groups on a truth scale. PolitiFact has six ratings: “True,” “Mostly True,” “Half-True,” “Mostly False,” “False,” and “Pants on Fire.” Giving each of these a value from 0 to 5, we can find an “average ruling” for each person and for groups of people.
When fact-checked by PolitiFact, Democrats had an average rating of 1.8, which is between “Mostly True” and “Half True.” The average Republican rating was 2.6, which is between “Half-True” and “Mostly False.” We also checked Republicans without President-elect Donald Trump in the mix and found that 0.8 truth gap narrowed to 0.5.
IF YOUR TIME IS SHORT
There is no credible evidence that voter fraud affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, according to federal agencies, state election officials and numerous court decisions.
John Ratcliffe, director of national intelligence, wrote in a memo that intelligence analysts failed to capture the full extent to which China interfered in the election. But he didn’t “confirm” any reports that China orchestrated voter fraud.

Days before Joe Biden was set to move into the White House, the president-elect’s detractors falsely claimed that China helped put him there.
In a Jan. 18 episode of the conservative Patriotically Correct Radio Show, defamation attorney Lin Wood said election fraud affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election — and a United States adversary is to blame.
“China was behind the interference and the effort to overthrow our government and the election, election fraud,” said Wood, a Donald Trump supporter who was banned from Twitter for promoting conspiracy theories about the election.
A video with the audio clip was posted on Rumble, an alternative to YouTube that’s popular with conservatives. From there it made its way to Facebook, where it was flagged as part of the company’s efforts to combat false news and misinformation on its News Feed. In the days leading up to Biden’s inauguration at the Capitol, we’ve seen several claims that China interfered in the election. My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell, who recently met with Trump at the White House, told Axios that the country used machines from Dominion Voting Systems to do it.
Those claims are not based in fact.
All 50 states and the District of Columbia have certified their election results, which Congress finalized on Jan. 7. There is no credible evidence that voter fraud affected Biden’s win.

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and its election partners called the 2020 election “the most secure in American history.”
Former Attorney General William Barr said the Justice Department uncovered no evidence of widespread fraud.
Not one of the 62 lawsuits that Trump and his allies filed in state and federal courts proved that voter fraud affected the election outcome.

In Wood’s interview with the Patriotically Correct Radio Show, during which he also falsely claimed that COVID-19 is akin to the flu and a biological weapon, he cited John Ratcliffe, director of national intelligence.
In a Jan. 7 memo, Ratcliffe wrote that a classified assessment recently completed by the intelligence community undersold the extent to which China interfered in the 2020 election the memo cited a report from Barry Zulauf, analytic ombudsman for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence — a position tasked with upholding the objectivity of reports from the intelligence community. That report described a “widespread perception in the workforce about politicization” of information about foreign election interference.
Ratcliffe wrote that, in his view, intelligence analysts were treating similar actions from Russia and China differently. But he didn’t “confirm” any reports that China orchestrated voter fraud in the U.S., as Wood claimed.
In a rumor control page on its website, CISA said that bad actors would not be able to change election results without being caught. Dominion, a voting technology company that was targeted by disinformation after the election, said on its website that it has no ties to the Chinese government. A statewide audit and hand recount in Georgia, which used Dominion technology, upheld the original machine vote tally.
Nobody has to have ties to China, but if dominion machines software were hacked and being affected by using the same remote access software that George Soros was caught installing in voting machines in 2018!

Remote-access software was installed in millions of U.S. voting machines by George Soros, leaving them vulnerable to hackers, Congress has learned.
The nation’s top voting machine maker, Election Systems and Software (ES&S), admitted to Congress that the company installed remote-access software on election-management systems it sold over a six year period.
Vice reports: In a letter sent to Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) in April and obtained recently by Motherboard, Election Systems and Software acknowledged that it had “provided pcAnywhere remote connection software … to a small number of customers between 2000 and 2006,” which was installed on the election-management system ES&S sold them.
The statement contradicts what the company told me and fact checkers for a story I wrote for the New York Times in February.
At that time, a spokesperson said ES&S had never installed pcAnywhere on any election system it sold. “None of the employees, … including long-tenured employees, has any knowledge that our voting systems have ever been sold with remote-access software,” the spokesperson said.
We reached out to Wood for a comment, but we haven’t heard back.
Wood’s claim is inaccurate. We at PolitiFact, and without all the facts or using deductive reasoning or simple common sense rate it False.
