Since 1982, the ‘Consent Decree’ has been renewed every year by the original judge, Carter appointee District Judge Dickinson R. Debevoise, who, even after he retired, returned every year for the sole purpose of renewing his 1982 order for another year.
Debevoise died in August 2015, and now Flash forward to December 1, 2017, when the Consent Decree was due to expire. According to NJ.com, the Democrat Party tried to extend the Consent Decree, claiming that the 2016 Trump presidential campaign had colluded with the RNC in voter intimidation efforts, and that Trump’s commission to examine suspected Democratic voter fraud was, in the words of Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), “a thinly veiled voter suppression effort”.

Now moving forward to the 2020 Elections and the supposed to Challenges by the Republicans to the obvious, and proven to be fixed due to a Communist China Cyber Attack on ‘We the People’s 2020 elections, but with Republicans now able to challenge any election results that appeared to be somewhat suspicious after being muzzled by Democrats for 36 years because of the 1982 Consent Decree. With that being said you had to figure that the American People finally felt secure in their thinking that their backs and their elections were being watched over and protected, but unfortunately they were wrong, and that’s because nobody was watching over or protecting us from neither side of the aisle from the time back in 1992 when Bush 41 signed to join in with the rest of the world’s commitment to the George Soros United Nations beginning stages of Agenda 21!
For all these past 29 years the American People, along with the World’s population has been the target of this Agenda, and when you realize it’s not a Right vs Left ‘thing,’ but more of a New World Order vs. a ‘We the People’ ‘thing’! Now ‘We the People’ need to do our thing and go back to the future of those pre ‘Declaration of Independence’ and Continental Congress ‘thing’ before our founders convened a Constitutional Convention to craft a written constitution that they called the ‘Articles of Confederation,’ that they later replaced with the U.S. Constitution ‘thing!’
The problem started when both sides of the aisle abandoned their oath to protect and defend the Constitution while the Radical Left continued to intentionally kept insisting that America was a one party rule Democracy, when they knew that there was a reason that our founders left the term ‘Democracy’ out of both the ‘Declaration of Independence’ and the Constitution was to ensure that the American people wouldn’t mistake a Democracy with their intended to be Constitutional Republic!
Finding out that Mitch McConnell, the Communist China Compromised once Senate Majority Leader, and the newly discovered to be RINO Vice President Mike Pence didn’t have the American People’s or our founder’s Constitution or ‘Rule of Law’ backs, then you knew that if anything was going to put a stop to this attempt to ideologically attempt to undo what our founders had envisioned, and then rolling out their vision in the hopes that taking an unheard of chance to experiment with a government that would be of the people, by the people, and for the people could possibly work!
Well its not only worked, but has successfully worked for 245 years, and still up and running, that is at least for now while these elected by the people to office elitist thinking powers to be, and who have managed to manipulate themselves into positions of power in a government that has always been from day one, of the people, by the people and for the people, who are now thinking that they can not only call all the shots that will destroy America, but thinking that they can get away with it without a say from the people is only wishful thinking on their part at best!
Chief Justice Roberts also falls under the heading of someone who believes that his perceived power over the guiding force of America and the American people is Supreme, and is the reason why he intentionally tanks or blocks cases before the Supreme Court that would have helped America, but instead chose to manipulate or allow cases that would hurt America!
What really hurt America more though was the Mainstream Media that basically set up America and the American People to fail, and that’s because the Mainstream Media knew that after centuries of being the honest and truthful bearer of all good and bad news, but more than that, trusted to do the right thing by giving the American people the heads up and what we always believed was the truth about anything and everything that would effect the lives of the American people!
The bottom line here is that the Mainstream Media was trusted to deliver to the American people truth based facts so that when the time came to vote in important elections that the American people could evaluate those same facts and come to a decision on who they would be voting for, and why!
The problem the American people now face has to do with the evolution of the internet and the internet basically replacing the once local newspaper’s chain of information that can’t always be trusted, and with today’s attack on our first Amendment rights by silencing Conservative’s right to free speech! Now add to that Obama, who before leaving office surrendering one of America’s top pieces of ‘Intellectual Property’ known as the internet, and giving it to the United Nations under the guise of helping the world, but now that the Mainstream Media and Big Tech are protected against liability, they can control the New World Order’s messaging while silencing all messaging that opposes it! Talk about a stacked deck, OUCH!
What should have sent up ‘Red’ caution flag for every America was when Exiting Vice President Pence couldn’t take the heat about doing the right thing and letting the challenges to the certification of the obviously tampered with election results basically slide, and by doing so, at least in my mind, took his name off any chance of possibly winning an attempted run for the White House in the future!
God fearing Pence decided to take the path of least resistance, and chose to not stand and fight when it came to challenging the 2020 election results because of the what I believe was a Pelosi orchestrated storming of the Capitol, followed by the scripted ‘Trump Mob’ scenario, and intentionally being done for the sole purpose of stopping the known to be coming challenges toward certain states last minute rule changes and violations to these same states own Constitutions, when it came to the way votes were cast and counted!
Vice President caved to the pressures coming from the Pelosi and Schumer’s in House and Senate ‘Storm Troopers, and as a result rode off into the sunset in the same way that the once Republican Speaker of the House, and Obama enabler Paul Ryan when he gave Obama everything he financially needed to continue his open border policies, while assisting the Obama Administration’s continuation of intentionally dismantling and shrinking our military to levels not seen since WWII, with our Navy to levels not seen since WWI!
Not only did Paul Ryan cave to every one of Obama’s financial request to back his open border policies, but also rode off into the sunset after lying to President Trump about guaranteeing that he would have the ‘Wall’ 100% financed after the election if President Trump left the funding demands out of the budget negotiations before the election. Well, not only did Ryan lie to President Trump after President Trump did what Ryan requested, but after the Democrat’s stole the House in 2018, Ryan, like Pence, rode off into the sunset not honoring his promises!
During his first orchestrated and ‘Cliffs Notes’ filled Press conference, President Elect Biden demonstrated how his ‘Implicit Bias’s from back in his Senate days revealed itself about how he fiercely supported keeping the filibuster intact to support “compromise and moderation!”
My Next question has to be who is it that’s trying to suggest that it’s President Elect Biden’s Agenda that they are trying to help get passed through congress by eliminating the filibuster if it’s not groping, gaffing, and Quid Pro Quo Joe Bidens if at one time he believed strongly about upholding the ‘Filibuster’s’ actual worth to the protocols and processes that mirror our founders true intent and interpretation of an all inclusive bipartisan ‘can’t we just all get along’ love fest ?

January 21, 2020 will mark a decade since the Supreme Court’s ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, a controversial decision that reversed century-old campaign finance restrictions and enabled corporations and other outside groups to spend unlimited funds on elections.
While wealthy donors, corporations, and special interest groups have long had an outsized influence in elections, that sway has dramatically expanded since the Citizens United decision, with negative repercussions for American democracy and the fight against political corruption.
As a result, corporations can now spend unlimited funds on campaign advertising if they are not formally “coordinating” with a candidate or political party.

In the ‘Citizens United’ decision back in 2010 when the Justices produced both secret unpublished opinions and a rare rearmament of a case. The case, too, reflects the aggressive conservative judicial activism of the Roberts Court. It was once liberals who were associated with using the courts to overturn the work of the democratically elected branches of government, but the current Court has matched contempt for Congress with a disdain for many of the Court’s own precedents. When the Court announced its final ruling on Citizens United, on January 21, 2010, the vote was five to four and the majority opinion was written by Anthony Kennedy.
Above all, though, the result represented a triumph for Chief Justice Roberts. Even without writing the opinion, Roberts, more than anyone, shaped what the Court did. As American politics assumes its new form in the post-Citizens United era, the credit or the blame goes mostly to him.
It was Chief Justice Roberts who worked behind the scenes urging and pushing for this one of many worst Supreme Court decisions of modern times! The Citizens United Decision was unconstitutional and illegal because of its direct threat to America’s sovereignty
I don’t know if it really matters who Biden’s ‘Puppet Masters’ are at this time, but more important to know that it’s not ‘his’ Agenda, but someone who is intentionally putting America’s best interests last and the American people in harms way! We also know that someone claimed that what President Elect Biden said about criticizing Senate Democrats for abusing the filibuster was an ‘accident,’ and how can anyone suggest that what the President of who’s supposed to be the leader of the greatest and most powerful nation in the history of the world be corrected for what he says during the first Press conference of this so called Presidency?
Biden, at best, had a lack luster 50 year career in public service, and accomplished nothing, and like Obama has made a career by either plagiarizing or trying to take credit where credit isn’t due or earned for those same 50 years, that is except for that one moment of clarity when he actually did fiercely support keeping the filibuster intact to support “compromise and moderation?”
Now add to that what President Elect Biden confessed to about the fact that the filibuster had been “abused” in the last year of the Trump Administration when his own Democratic party was in the minority they decided to utilize the filibuster to torpedo President Trump’s legislation of wanting to make America first and great again, and that none of it by the way was considered to be either unconstitutional or illegal!
When it comes to eliminating the ‘Filibuster,’ just know it was the Democrat’s, and not the Republicans, who first set that precedent of violating the intent and interpretation of what the Filibuster represented in terms of the founder’s preference for a Republic over today’s ‘Radical Left’s preferred ‘pure’ Democracy that will prevent the minority party, and the 100 Million Hillary labeled deplorables whose constitutional rights will be wiped out at the drop of a hat, but that’s only if the people, whose government this is, decides to suspend those protections granted to these rogue elected officials and physically drags them out of the House and Senate!
‘We the People’ of the United States are sovereign. We are not subjects to be ruled. Free and fair elections are not only one of the foundations of our Republic, but the most fundamental principle that defines credible elections that must reflect the free expression of the will of the people.
With the certification of the election being intentionally disrupted until the Radical Left’s Mainstream Media and Big Tech could run a high tech smear job on those members of congress who were expected to challenge the results of those states election who changed the rules of how votes were cast and counted in the last year before the 2020 elections, and in the same way Pelosi’s California did back in 2018 to steal the House Back in 2018, and then knowing that the unconstitutional Vice President Kamala Harris illegally didn’t divulge her and her husbands ties to those Dominion Voting machines that had control over those voting machines in NV, WI, PA, GA, MI, WI, or divulge her husbands ties to Communist China, as didn’t the Mainstream Media or Big Tech Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s ‘Supersized’ financial ties too the same Xi Jinping’s and George Soros’s Communist China!
Now add to that Chief Justice Roberts refusing to allow those 3 Trump appointed Original Constitutionalist’s justices to the hear any of the 4 attempts by now free of the ‘Consent Decree’s’ Blocking of Republican challenges to the American People’s election for the last 36 years, and you have more than a just cause reason to not only impeach Chief Justice Roberts for obstruction of Justice!
There are a few options that the American people can use to put a halt to this attempted ideological overthrow of our Constitutional Republic, the first is just knowing that:
When the legislators, courts and/or Congress fail to do their duty under the 12th Amendment, the American people, and the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff Milley, who already declared over the last couple of months that “We do not take an oath to a king or a queen, a tyrant or a dictator. We do not take an oath to an individual. No, we do not take an oath to a country, a tribe or a religion…”We take an oath to the Constitution,” must be ready to immediately declare a limited form of Martial Law, and temporarily suspend the Constitution and civilian control of these federal elections, for the sole purpose of having the military oversee a national re-vote.”
Material conditions in this country have not been this bad since 1932 at least, and the political situation has not been this bad since 1860. The logical endgame of the rapidly-accelerating Radical Left’s attempt to destroy our founder’s Constitutional Republic while the country burns would be civil war — if it weren’t for the high probability that our Republican leaders in powerful positions are already on the take, and are for sure too cowardly to fight.
But it’s worth thinking about what a Political party seriously committed to preserving our founders protecting America’s minority party would do when faced with a seditious opposition party — namely, cut them out of power and force them to behave. Republicans could declare all traitors ineligible to serve in national office, convene a Patriot Congress composed solely of people who have not committed insurrection against the American government, and use that power to re-entrench our 245 year old Founder’s constitutional Republic!
The reasoning here is very simple. All members of Congress swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and by doing so establishes our founder’s Constitutional Republic form of government. The whole point of a republic is that contests for power are conducted through a framework of last minute ‘unchanged’ rules, and elections, where all parties agree to if called for by the American people, to challenge any suspicious election results whether they lose or win. Moreover, the premise of these challenges to these tampered with election results have been 100% confirmed and explained by experts who were recruited to examine the algorithms and time line of the returns of the election results not only needs to be shown to the American people in prime time so that the American people can decide for themselves, as they should also be able to do for themselves and their families when it comes to how they deal with the Coronavirus without having to be forced to giving up their constitutionally guaranteed rights for a little temporary safety!
Whether or not both Mitch McConnell and Vice President Pence’s calling the election for President Elect Joe Biden and his unconstitutionally qualified to be Vice President elect Kamala Harris the winners, just remember Kamala illegally didn’t disclose her and her husbands ties to Dominion that controlled those voting machines in NV, WI, PA, GA, MI, WI!
Now if you add the hidden and very lucrative ties to Communist China of Senate Majority Leader at the time Mitch McConnell that the Mainstream Media, including the FOX News Prime Time lineup, didn’t mention a word about those ties, and then seeing Mitch McConnell actually congratulated Biden on his win long before any challenges were officially filed, you got to believe that the Republican leadership were always part of the plan!
It really doesn’t matter if there was a BLM and Antifa patented storming of the Capitol where a well know organizer from Utah who was found in the Capitol with the other Capitol Hill Storming Professionals, Cruz and Hawley along with every Republican has constitutional duty, and right, to challenge the election results, especially after being prevented from doing so for 36 years due to the Dems manipulation of the 1982 ‘Decent Decree’ Agreement!
Now add to all of this the fact that the same unconstitutionally qualified to be Vice President Kamala Harris also, and illegally, didn’t divulge her husbands ties to Communist China, the same Communist China suspected at first, but then proven to be the ones who used a perfectly timed late night election Cyber Attack to not only change votes cast for President Trump to groping, gaffing, Quid Pro Quoing and lying about his knowledge about his son Hunter’s business dealing, but learning that not only did he know about it, but was actually getting his ‘fair share’ of his family run influence peddling business’s take!
Democrats would like you to believe that Republicans believe that states should not be allowed to set their own election rules if that means more Democrats can vote, and even though those rule changes violates their own state’s constitutions, and just happen to be changed just prior to a national Presidential election election when their election laws were already registered and publicly posted and known about in advance of the election, is perfectly fine!
The ‘Radical Left’ would also like you to also believe that 80 million Americans were more than eager to vote for a candidate who brags about running a mob like Quid Pro Quo shake down using the already approved by Congress Billion Dollar Aid package over the heads of the leaders of Ukraine if they didn’t fire an Equivalent American Attorney General who was investigating the company that his son who was not only on the board of the company, but never had any relative experience in the field of that company, but making what’s reported to be $80,000 plus a month as compensation!
The Pelosi and Schumer ‘Road Show’ would also have you believe that those 80 Million ‘legal’ voters, and who are actually citizens, would vote for, especially if you were in one of those ‘bread basket’ states where the diminished population yields to the land that produces food for all those over populated Sanctuary Cities and States, to do away with the Electoral College and replace it with the popular vote, then vote for opening the borders so that cheaper labor could undo everything that child labor laws and Union Protections accomplished, and then would vote for using the hardworking American tax payer dollars to finance their ‘Free, Free, Free, for all illegals for everything from free medical insurance, free college, free hotel rooms to be housed in while 500,000 homeless veterans are still sleeping on the streets!
They would also like you to believe that 80 Million Americans would vote for a President who ran on wanting to make America last over making America first, wanting to Pack the Court so that only one party would have the ability to call all the shots and make every decision in support of a “Socialist reality that has failed everywhere its been tried, and then voting for the intentionally following up George Soros inspired New World Order that will be telling you when and where you can ‘Shit,’ and if you don’t, being forced to suffer the consequences!
How about believing that 80 Million Americans voted to being controlled by a George Soros inspired New World Order where the one dictator would be none other than Xi Jinping of Communist China, who is the country that conducted the Cyber Attack on the American peoples 2020 election that will eventually result in the elimination, or should I say cancelling of all those pesky founder’s Constitutional guaranteed rights!
Now to refresh your memory of what those rights are that I’m referring to, just know that they include canceling your right to worship in any way you choose, stifling all Free Speech, denying every American the right to bear arms, doing away with the Electoral College in favor of allowing anyone and everyone in the world to vote freely and unimpeded in any local, state, or Federal Election being held on American soil!
Now add to that allowing all those voters who aren’t even legal citizens to vote themselves any and everything they want to be that would be Free, Free, and Free, because of one of Obama’s, and I expect to be one of Biden’s illegal and beyond unconstitutional Executive Orders also that suggests, and I’m sure would be supported because it’s what the voters of the world want, and that’s executive Order number # is 13603 NDRP- which states that Government can seize anything!!
If you also want to know what to expect in the coming years if the Fraud that took place stands, and that has been proven to be the result of a Cyber Attack by George Soros’s new Economic Superpower of record Communist China, you should know that it will be the self proclaimed dictator of Communist China for life, Xi Jinping who has a dream of one day ruling the world, and I expect overseeing the American people if ‘We the People’ don’t take matters into our own hands, and like Pelosi and the rest of her Cabal, do whatever it takes to get it done without being concerned about what the Constitution or the ‘Rule of Law’ says, but that is only until America and it’s Constitutional Republic is 100% restored to its original and envisioned place of our founders!
Every American needs to have an attitude and be commitment to and of ‘Take no prisoners’ first, and then the mindset of those pre-‘Declaration of Independence’ and authoring the Constitution days freedom fighters, and trust your instincts when it comes to doing whatever it takes to shut down these glorified paper shufflers that we sent to Washington to do our individual states bidding, and then just honoring the oath they took to protect and defend the constitution, which you can see they weren’t doing for the 8 years that the Obama/Biden Administration were steering the ship!

These nations continue to try to control their people, but with internet opening up the world for all to see, and now those ‘Bum Rushed’ borders of these member nations of the European Union that the North American Union was modeled after, but with their lied to citizens being able to see what’s going on with the same Border Crisis in America that happened to them back when the formation of the European Union became a reality!
The peoples of the world are beginning to put the pieces of the intent and interpretation puzzle of why these member nations of the European Union’s borders were opened by their leadership, but more than that watching and having one of those out of body long distance ‘Deja Vu’ moments that’s been triggered due to the internet reminding them of the days when their countries leadership pulled the same stunt, and kept it a secret for the sake of the plans they’ve been working on for the New World Order that have been in the works, and cards for the world as a whole since 1992!
If all else fails, there is always the 2nd Amendment!
The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution is a single sentence with profound implications. It reads: “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” As part of the Bill of Rights, this amendment safeguards US citizens’ right to bear arms.
Again, It was the Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and not a Republican who was forced to use the ‘Nuclear Option’ to shove Obamacare down the throats of every American Citizen after Ted Kennedy, who would have been the 60th vote needed to pass Obamacare, died! If it weren’t for the good people of Massachusetts that replaced Democrat Ted Kennedy with a Republican, then Harry Reid, who had a reputation of being the biggest obstructionist in the history of the Senate, would not have intentionally had to use the ‘Nuclear Option’ to pass Obamacare, which was supposed to be the Obama Administration’s finest moment, and the legacy building crown jewel of his presidency!
Obama, with the help of his Administration’s Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, continued to use the same ‘Nuclear Option’ to ‘Pack’ the Lower courts with Progressive Judges whose job it was to interpret the Constitution in any way they wanted to as long as it blocked any future Republican President from undoing Obama’s huge list of intentional violations of the constitution and the ‘Rule of Law,’ which the American people were able to witness some 30 times from those Obama and Reid ‘Packed with Progressive’ Judges in those lower federal courts who issued injunctions against the Trump administration policies providing extreme vetting of immigrants from countries deemed to be failed states; denying funding to sanctuary cities that won’t cooperate with federal law enforcement on immigration law; and tightening the asylum process for illegal immigrants, among other issues.
The lower courts issued these injunctions far in excess of previous administrations, according to Justice Department numbers.
Many of the lawsuits were filed in district courts that put the cases on track to be heard in the liberal U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, because, Williams added, such rulings “invites unvarnished judge-shopping.” ~~
What’s next is that the American People finally got to see and hear Biden’s first press conference since entering the Oval Office, and President Elect Biden avoided giving a firm answer on his support for or opposition to the Senate’s legislative filibuster, and with that being said my gut is telling me, and I have to believe is true since the beginning when it comes to Joe Biden not answering any questions, is that he hasn’t been given the answers to a lot of questions in time for him to memorize the answers before taking to the podium!
Senate Democrats hope to eliminate the measure, a 60-vote threshold for major legislation, in order to easily pass the still yet to be properly Certified by Congress president Elect Biden’s legislative agenda by continuing to use what’s known as the Nuclear Option (simple majority of 51 votes), but when it comes to Biden’s legislative agenda is it really President Elect Biden’s Agenda or George Soros’s New World Order Agenda using Xi Jinping’s Communist China’s Agenda of wanting to rule the world agenda?
For all of you that don’t know what I’m talking about when referring to the ‘Nuclear Option, Reconciliation, or the simple majority, just know that any or all of those descriptions undermine the true intent and interpretation of our founder’s reason behind choosing to go with a Republic that is guided by the protection of every American over a Democracy, which as you know is what the Dems keep hoping the American people will swallow if they keep repeating that lie about being a Democracy in the hopes that just maybe that piece of ‘Fake News’ will eventually become a reality in the minds of the American People!

Did you know that Pelosi changed the rules of the House again? They have to change the rules because it’s the only way they can possibly get their Anti-America and Anti-America’s Exceptionalism agenda through! With Hillary’s 2016 Coronation canceled due to the discovery of George Soros’s intentionally tampered with voting machines discovered in 16 Swing States within 307 voting districts just weeks ahead of the 2016 Presidential Elections, and them knowing that after trying to obstruct and resist everything that had to with the Trump Administration’s agenda of making America first, and great again, and then seeing it working for all Americans, you had to know that the fix had to be in again for 2018, 2020, and for the Georgia Senate runoff in 2021!
Democrats are only fooling themselves if they think these illegals are going to vote for the same Socialist system of government that has not only deserted their people, but have destroyed their homeland, and for Pelosi, Schumer, and the rest of the ‘Radical Left’s’ agenda of everything being for ‘free, free, and free, in the hopes of winning over a base that will vote for them year after year in what the Dems believe will be repayment for all that free, free, and free stuff that they actually believe will earn them their votes from here to eternity, but in my mind that expectation is more than a Trump ‘HUUUGE’ miscalculation on their part!
I don’t know if you’ve been watching the interviews that are being given by of those illegal immigrants that are illegally crossing the border, but to a person they say that it’s because of President Elect Biden that they’re all coming to America, and that they would never have attempted crossing the America illegally if President Trump was still the Commander in Chief!
These are people with families who want the best for their children as did the legal immigrants who went through the process to become a legal citizen. When you see the polls by the corrupt and bought off Mainstream Media get it wrong again when they predicted it would be Pelosi’s stolen House that would gain 15 seats in 2020, but in the end watching the reverse happening by losing 15 seats, it shows the world that not only was the election fixed, but that the Mainstream Media and Big Tech are guilty of aiding and abetting this attempt to take down the greatest country in the history of the world!
These illegals are ceasing the moment, and that’s because they probably don’t have the ability to pay the freight to come to America legally by going through the proper channels! This in no way means that they intend to vote for the Radical Left’s Socialist New World Order Agenda for themselves and their families because that is the same 3rd world Socialist existence that they left behind in exchange for a better life with more opportunities, possibilities and better futures by living the American Dream!
Those 30 net gained seats in the House were won by a majority of women and legal immigrants who are also women proves that by following the law to become a legal citizen, and productive member of Society, they appreciate those ‘who we are’ immigrants that came before them, and paved the way for future immigrants who want to follow, as advertised, their American Dream!
These Democratic Socialist’s New World Order underbelly has been exposed, and due to Hillary loss to the MAGA President in 2016, the only way Pelosi and Schumer’s ‘Radical Left’ can possibly stay relevant after being caught trying to eliminate our constitutionally guaranteed rights, is to either change the rules and protocols of the House and Senate that have existed for over a hundred years at least, which they’ve been doing since Obama made his first appearance on the political scene back in the early 2000’s, or forced to have to steal elections because it’s the only way they can possibly, especially with a Socialist Agenda that basically spits in the face of our founders vision for America, win another election without changing their ideological beliefs to something the American people could possibly be in support of! Not happening!
Pelosi changed the rules of the House when the new Congress was sworn in back in January, and what she did was eliminate the “motion to recommit,” that permitted the ‘minority’ party to change legislation on the floor before a vote? what Pelosi is doing by changing this rule is is reinforcing what the ‘Radical Left’ has been caught doing for the 1 Billionth time, and that’s trying to convince the American people that we are a ‘Democracy’ when in truth we are a Constitutional Republic, and here is the breakdown that every American should understand and why!
A DEMOCRACY:
The chief characteristic and distinguishing feature of a Democracy is: Rule by Omnipotent Majority.
In a Democracy, The Individual, and any group of Individuals composing any Minority, have no protection against the unlimited power of The Majority. It is a case of Majority-over-Man.
A REPUBLIC:
A Republic, on the other hand, has a very different purpose and an entirely different form, or system, of government.
Its purpose is to control The Majority strictly, as well as all others among the people, primarily to protect The Individual’s God-given, unalienable rights and therefore for the protection of the rights of The Minority, of all minorities, and the liberties of people in general.
The definition of a Republic is: a constitutionally limited government of the representative type, created by a written Constitution–adopted by the people and changeable (from its original meaning) by them only by its amendment–with its powers divided between three separate Branches: Executive, Legislative and Judicial. Here the term “the people” means, of course, the electorate.
Pelosi and company need to be reminded that our founders intentionally left the term ‘Democracy’ out of the ‘Declaration of Independence’ and the ‘Constitution’ for a reason, and that reason was intentionally done to reinforce the fact that America is a Constitutional Republic and not a Democracy, and that’s because of the protections a Republic affords every American citizen no matter if they are on the winning side or losing side of an election!
The Pelosi Cabal is more than just considering eliminating the filibuster, which represents our founder’s extended belief in the value of a Republic over an equivalent dictatorship/pure Democracy, where to the victor goes ‘all’ the spoils! Whoever Agenda it is also wants to ram H.R.1, eliminating the Electoral College, doing away with the 1st and 2nd Amendments, defunding the police and exchanging our military for the United Nations ‘Strong Cities Network’ that is now manned by Communist China’s Xi Jinping’s Storm Troopers who are known to have the worst record in the world when it comes to violating civil rights and committing genocide, and last but not least, leaving the decisions on COVID-19 to incentivised paid scientist over our elected officials and our founders constitutionally guaranteed rights of the American people, which again is unconstitutional and nowhere supported by the constitution!
For all you believers in reparations for the decedents of slavery, but have never experienced being a slave yourself, I say to you, your being set up by the Democrats to used again until you can be replaced by an Illegal Immigrants cheaper to hire base, especially after President Trump showed every minority in America what an America and a booming economy, if allowed to grow without restrictive regulations and smothering taxes, that if you didn’t know is what the Democratic Party has been famous for since their inception!
During the Obama/Biden Administration the goal was to shut down the economy, force the American people to have to depend on government for their every need, and then tax and regulate the ‘Hell’ out of our American made corporations using the EPA to unconstitutionally use ‘Cap and Trade to shake down every American made company using unfounded claims about climate change and the effects of CO2 on the environment!
Speaking of the environment, which we now know is the driving force behind today’s ‘Radical Left’s,’ and of course George Soros’s New World Order excuse to destroy American from within while having Communist China’s Xi Jinping, whose goal it is to one day be ruler of the world, at his beckoning call!
More than 178 nations adopted Agenda 21 as official policy during a signing ceremony at the Earth Summit. US president George H.W. Bush signed the document for the US. In signing, each nation pledge to adopt the goals of Agenda 21. In 1995, President Bill Clinton, in compliance with Agenda 21, signed Executive Order #12858 to create the President’s Council on Sustainable Development in order to “harmonize” US environmental policy with UN directives as outlined in Agenda 21. The EO quietly and out of public view directed all agencies of the Federal Government to work with state and local community governments in a joint effort “reinvent” government using the guidelines outlined in Agenda 21. As a result, with the assistance of groups like ICLEI, Sustainable Development is now emerging as government policy in every town, county and state in the nation.
Do you remember Al Gore, President Bill Clinton’s Vice President, well he had the inside track on “Harmonizing” US environmental policies with United Nations directives, and that was because it was President Bill Clinton who quietly signed the Executive Order that officially added Agenda 21 into America’s bottomless bureaucratic machine, which gave Al Gore the upper hand on what he knew would be the biggest money making insider ‘Con Job’ that ever existed to date in the history of America!
The only common sense reason why every American should know that it was a Con Job back then like ‘Climate Change’ is today, is because today’s ‘Climate Change’ was yesterday’s ‘Global Warming’ that had to be upgraded to ‘Climate Change’ because the temperature of our planet earth was actually going down, not up! However, that didn’t stop ex Vice President Al Gore as he tried to sell his ‘Global Warming’ ‘con’ to not only the American people, but to the rest of the world, and to anybody who would listen to his pitch! Al Gore reminded me of a snake oil salesman would go about his business trying to sell his product from the back of a horse drawn wagon back in the good old days of the wild, wild West! Now Al Gore’s estimated net worth is $300 Million dollars!
Before I sign off I have to address President Elect Biden’s comments about agreeing with former President Obama that the filibuster is a “relic of the Jim Crow era.”
Every America should know that ‘The Jim Crow Era’ was more than a body of legislative acts on the federal, state and local levels that barred African Americans from being full American citizens. It was also a way of life that allowed de jure racial segregation to exist in the South and de facto segregation to thrive in the North.
Origin of the Term “Jim Crow”
Jim Crow law, in U.S. history, any of the laws that enforced racial segregation in the South between the end of Reconstruction in 1877 and the beginning of the civil rights movement in the 1950s. Jim Crow was the name of a minstrel routine (actually Jump Jim Crow ) performed beginning in 1828 by its author, Thomas Dartmouth (“Daddy”) Rice , and by many imitators, including actor Joseph Jefferson.
Dems keep trying to deaminize the right and being white by laying the blame for racism on anybody that the left can’t win a debate with, but I think everybody knows that there’s more than enough racism in some form to go around for everybody, but when it comes the ‘Radical Left’s’ brand of racism, it’s been bought, paid for, and taught first hand to Hillary Clinton by Saul Alinsky, as was taught to Barack Obama by Alinsky’s disciples at Columbia University by Professors Cloward and Piven! When it comes to Obama his job was to implement the 8 Alinsky Steps to a better life through Socialism under the guise of Obama’s 2008 Campaign slogan that was known as ‘Hope and Change,’ but in my opinion should be referred to by ‘Bait and Switch!’
It’s today’s Democrats who are the Party of Racism, not the Republicans, Want Proof?
The Democratic Party was the Party of Slavery.
The Democratic Party was the K.K.K.
The Democratic Party was the party of Segregation [Jim Crow laws].
The Democratic Party was the party of Strom Thurmond, Lester Maddox, George Wallace, Robert Byrd to mention but a few, and the “Dixiecrats” who fought against integration.
DEMOCRAT POLICIES DESTROYED BLACK FAMILIES
The policies put forth by the Democratic Party — welfare, Food Stamps, government oversight into families have destroyed the Black families in America, making them dependent on government over self-reliance.
In 1965 in the black family, the out-of-wedlock birthrate was 25 percent among blacks.
In 1991, 68 percent of Black children were born outside of marriage.
In 2011, 72% of Black babies were born to unwed mothers.
More than three-quarters of African American births are to unmarried women, nearly double the illegitimacy rate of all other births, according to new federal data.
The National Center for Health Statistics said that in 2015, 77.3 percent of non-immigrant Black births were illegitimate.
The national non-immigrant average is 42 percent, and it was 30 percent for whites.
The Federal Government has taken over the parenting roll in most Black families.
Those on welfare, SNAP along with the other Federal benefits are trapped in this dependent situation.
Since 1973 19 almost 20 million Black babies have been terminated through abortion.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg 2009 NY Times interview about Roe Vs. Wade: “Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”
Martin Luther King Jr’s name is dragged out whenever his words help prove a point for the Democrats. They claim that he was once a recipient of an award by planned parenthood. What is neglected to add is the fact that, at that time Planned Parenthood was opposed to abortion.
In 2017 Planned Parenthood honored Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a tweet saying “On Martin Luther King, Jr. day, we celebrate the man who dedicated his life to ending oppression.”
Pro-life activists have long argued that King, a devoutly Christian minister, was against abortion and would be active in opposing Roe v. Wade, a decision that was delivered several years after his assassination. King never directly addressed the topic of abortion during his life.
Pro-abortion activists often point to the fact that King accepted an award from Planned Parenthood in 1966, but it’s important to point out that at the time of that award, even Planned Parenthood was officially against abortion.
In 1952, Planned Parenthood made the distinction between birth control (which they advocated) and abortion: “Is birth control abortion? Definitely not. An abortion kills the life of a baby after it has begun. It is dangerous to your life and health. It may make you sterile so that when you want a child you cannot have it. Birth control merely postpones the beginning of life.”
MLK Jr. once said: “The Negro cannot win as long as he is willing to sacrifice the lives of his children for comfort and safety.” How can the “Dream” survive if we murder the children? Every aborted baby is like a slave in the womb of his or her mother. The mother decides his or her fate.”
The NAACP has become little more than an arm of the Democratic [PROGRESSIVE] Party
It should be noted that the founding of the NAACP, formed in 1909 as a bi-racial organization to advance justice for African Americans, has failed to “practice what they preach” at nearly every turn.
They routinely condemn Black Conservative and Black Republicans.

Mary Ovington White- joined the Republican Party in 1905; NAACP founder and executive secretary.
Morefield Storey- First president of the NAACP; the primary battle was against American imperialism.
Joel Spingarn- Second president of the NAACP; a liberal Republican who became a Progressive.
John Dewey- an influential member of the board; known as the Father of Progressive Education.
