Obama No Longer President, So Why Is He Meeting World Leaders?
Former President Barack Obama seems to believe he still speaks for the United States. It’s off-putting, could possibly undermine foreign policy, and it’s time he knocked it off.
While other former presidents return to their hometown, write their memoir, oversee construction of their library, and leave the running of the government to their successor, Obama does it differently.
He chose to remain in Washington, D.C., the seat of federal power, rather than go back to either Chicago or Hawaii.
Although he came out with a book titled, “Obama: An Intimate Portrait,” it’s hardly a memoir — it’s more of a collection of photographs with his own descriptions so he could claim authorship.
He’s not working on his presidential library, because there isn’t one. He chose instead to establish an Obama Presidential Center, described as “a place where young people from around the world can meet,” a sort of glorified Starbucks. The presidential papers will be housed elsewhere.
But what’s particularly galling, Obama doesn’t appear to have left the affairs of state to his successor. He instead gallivants around the globe meeting heads of state, sometimes either immediately before or after Trump does. What’s that all about?

Haney revealed: “Most Americans were unaware of the enormous damage to morale at the Department of Homeland Security, where I worked, his condemnation caused. His words infuriated many of us because we knew his administration had been engaged in a bureaucratic effort to destroy the raw material – the actual intelligence we had collected for years and erase those dots. The dots constitute the intelligence needed to keep Americans safe, and the Obama administration was ordering they be wiped away.”

An investigation by the Investigative Project on Terrorism finds that known radical Islamists made hundreds of visits to the White House!
A year-long investigation by the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) has found that scores of known radical Islamists made hundreds of visits to the Obama White House, meeting with top administration officials.
The organization revealed its findings in a report on its website on Sunday.
Court documents and other records have identified many of these visitors as belonging to groups serving as fronts for the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas and other terrorist organizations, noted IPT.
The IPT made the discovery combing through millions of White House visitor log entries. IPT compared the visitors’ names with lists of known radical Islamists. Among the visitors were officials representing groups which have been designated by the Department of Justice as unindicted co-conspirators in terrorist trials; terrorist groups including Hamas and Hezbollah; groups that have obstructed terrorist investigations by instructing their followers not to cooperate with law enforcement; promoted the incendiary conspiratorial allegation that the United States is engaged in a “war against Islam”; repeatedly claimed that many of the Islamic terrorists convicted since September 11 were framed by the U.S government as part of an anti-Muslim profiling campaign.
Individuals from the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) visited the White House at least 20 times starting in 2009, IPT discovered. In 2008, CAIR was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorist money laundering case in U.S. history – the trial of the Holy Land Foundation in which five HLF officials were convicted of funneling money to Hamas.
U.S. District Court Judge Jorge Solis has ruled that, “The Government has produced ample evidence to establish the association” of CAIR to Hamas, upholding their designations as unindicted co-conspirators. In 2008, the FBI formally ended all contact with CAIR because of its ties to Hamas.
In January 2004, Hussam Ayloush, executive director of CAIR’s Los Angeles office, publicly defended terror attacks by Palestinian Authority Arabs. He told Muslim students at the University of California – Los Angeles that terrorists were exercising their “legitimate right” to defend themselves against “Israeli occupation.”
The logs show Ayloush met with Paul Monteiro, associate director of the White House Office of Public Engagement on July 8, 2011 and Amanda Brown, assistant to the White House director of political affairs Patrick Gaspard, on June 6, 2009.
Reliable sources told IPT that Monteiro was White House liaison for secret contacts with CAIR, especially with Ayloush. IPT learned that the White House logs curiously have omitted Ayloush’s three meetings with two other senior White House officials.
Louay Safi, formerly executive director of the Islamic Society of North America, visited the White House twice – meeting in intimate settings with Paul Monteiro on June 29, 2011 and July 8, 2011.
Law enforcement first noticed Safi in 1995 when his voice was captured in an FBI wiretap of now-convicted PA Islamic Jihad leader Sami Al-Arian. At the time of his conversation with Al-Arian, Safi served as executive director of the International Institute of Islamic Thought, an organization listed in law-enforcement and in internal Muslim Brotherhood documents as one of the movement’s top front groups in North America.
Safi also wrote for the Middle East Affairs Journal, produced by the United Association for Studies and Research (UASR). That group was established by Hamas deputy political leader Mousa Abu Marzook and part of the Hamas-support network called the “Palestine Committee.”
Safi has repeatedly expressed understanding for the underlying causes that provoke terrorism: “Terrorism cannot be fought by…ignoring its root causes. The first step…is to examine the conditions that give rise to the anger, frustration, and desperation that fuel all terrorist acts.” He also called PA Arab terrorists “freedom” fighters.
Esam Omeish, former head of the Muslim Brotherhood-created Muslim American Society, visited the White House three times, noted IPT.
Omeish publicly mourned the Israeli airstrike that killed Hamas founder Sheikh Ahmed Yassin at an April 10, 2004, MAS conference.
Last month, noted IPT, Omeish attended a reception for Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi during Morsi’s United Nations visit. Omeish posted a picture of the event on his Facebook page and noted, “His Excellency provided great insights and we share important perspectives.”
Despite the President’s public proclamations that he is standing strong against terrorism, the White House logs demonstrate that he has legitimized the very same groups that espouse radical Islamic terrorism.
The Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) has secured the closest working relationship with the Obama White House despite a record of Antisemitism, whitewashing the terrorist threat and hostility toward law enforcement, IPT found.
No less than fifteen MPAC officials have been welcomed by the White House, the organization has found. Executive Director Salam al-Marayati enjoyed at least six White House visits between September 2009 and July 2011, mostly involving meetings with Monteiro. Alejandro Beutel, who was MPAC’s government liaison until July 2012, had ten White House visits between July 2010 and May 2012.
MPAC’s Washington director Haris Tarin made 24 trips to the White House between December 2009 and March 2012. Those meetings often were intimate in nature, involving a handful of people at most.
Edina Lekovic, an MPAC spokeswoman, visited the White House twice in July 2010. IPT noted that as a UCLA student, Lekovic served as an editor of a Muslim magazine called Al-Talib, which in 1999 ran an editorial calling Osama bin Laden “a great mujahid” and saying when bin Laden is called a terrorist, “we should defend our brother and refer to him as a freedom fighter, someone who has forsaken wealth and power to fight in Allah’s cause and speak out against oppressors. We take these stances only to please Allah.” That issue identified Lekovic as a managing editor.
MPAC defended Hezbollah’s 1983 attack on a U.S. Marine barracks in Lebanon which killed 241 Americans and questioned U.S.-terror designations for Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
The White House, noted IPT, turned to MPAC officials as it prepared two papers on combating what it calls violent extremism in America.
White House logs show Islamists visiting the White House who may have lower profiles, but who also defended terrorists and terrorist groups, and repeatedly castigated law enforcement, especially in counter-terror sting operations, noted IPT. ~~
Let’s not forget the big picture here, and how it’s now all about President Trump and him paying Women of the night to shut their mouths about what’s more than likely acceptable behavior in his prenuptial agreement which has been basically okayed by both parties involved due to the possible, but not probable age difference, but beyond that, shouldn’t be any of our business anyway because he’s legally spending his own money and not the campaigns, which is not a crime!~~

Last week’s Democrat primary in Virginia’s Fairfax and Arlington Counties was great news for companies whose business model includes cleaning human poop off the sidewalk. The sanctimonious leftists in both counties just nominated new prosecutors who plan on increasing justice by ignoring crime.
Thanks to almost $1 million contributed by George Soros, Parisa Dehghani–Tafti defeated the incumbent DA in Arlington and Steve Descano defeated the incumbent in Fairfax. Those two victories bring the total number of campaigns that Soros has tried to buy to at least 23.
The $583,000 that Soros gave Tafti represented 78 percent of her total campaign budget. The $392,000 George sent Descano was marginally less at 71 percent of his budget. In those two true blue counties winning the Democrat primary means winning in November, too.
So, what did Soros buy? Two more DA’s who won’t be prosecuting “quality of life” crimes. This means that in Northern Virginia, just like in San Francisco, pooping in public, being drunk in public, camping in public, sleeping in public, shooting up in public and waving your pubes in public will no longer be illegal.
These “reform” DA’s also won’t ask for the death penalty, won’t prosecute for “minor property crimes” and will be working as hard as they can to end “mass incarceration.” I can’t think of another elected office where the winner got there by promising he will take a laid–back approach to performing the duties of office.
Maybe you’re skeptical and wondering just how bad could it really be living under a Soro’s DA? Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx — the woman who broomed the charges pending against racial incident hoaxer Jussie Smollett — was a $408,000 addition to the Soros CollectionTM.
The politically naïve will contend the two new Virginia DA’s — who between themselves have never tried a criminal case in state court —told the Washington Post both campaign’s issues were “use[ing] their discretion to no longer prosecute marijuana possession, ask for cash bail or pursue the death penalty. They said they would expand efforts to keep nonviolent offenders out of jail and charge in ways that lead to lower sentences across the board.”
Nothing about sidewalk BM’s and discarded syringes there. That is true. And that is irrelevant.
Soros knows exactly how Tafti and Descano will operate in office because his PAC interviewed them in person. If both worthies weren’t chapter and verse on the Soros Soft on Crime program, George never would’ve cut a check. What they said in private to Soros’ operatives and what they fed the public only bear a slight resemblance.
In addition, Descano explained to Inside Nova that he “would not charge theft of property under $1,500 at the felony level.” And Tafti quoted, in Bacon’s Rebellion, is appalled that “Arlington produces felony convictions at two to three times the rate of neighboring counties despite having less crime.”
Watching where they step on the sidewalk will be the least of Arlington and Fairfax county residents’ problems soon. Wait until someone breaks into Buffy’s Prius and steals her airbag and stash of granola bars. Buffy’s not going to be happy when she learns fighting “mass incarceration” doesn’t involve fighting street crime.
Speaking of “mass incarceration” Michele Hanisee, President of the Association of Los Angeles Deputy District Attorneys, corrected another Soros’ candidate on that topic, “…as of 2016, 91 percent of state prison inmates are serving time for a violent, serious or sexual offense.”
Those aren’t black teenagers caught taking a toke or shoplifting Juul cartridges. Those are hardened criminals and if they’re back on the street in California or Virginia you will be reading about them sooner or later.
Another characteristic of Soros’ DAs is mass firings when they do take office. If I were a prosecutor in either county I would not be taking on any long–term financial commitments.
As the LA Times reported, “In Philadelphia, Soros financed DA Larry Krasner fired 31 DDA’s in his first week of office; nearly one-third were in the homicide unit and included a prosecutor set to begin a murder trial the following Monday …In Houston, the Soros financed DA Kim Ogg …fired 37 veteran prosecutors in pursuit of her “culture change.”
The Post assures voters neither Laurel nor Hardy, excuse me, Tafti or Descano “has plans to fire career prosecutors.” But Descano muses, “the question is, can these individuals can get on the program with reform?”
I’m guessing the answer will be no.
Both Tafti and Descano want to re–write the law without bothering to go to Richmond. If a conservative did this, it would be called ‘tyranny.’ When leftists do it, the term is ‘reform.’~~
Where were the whistleblowers when Hillary’s State Department either lost or misplaced $6 Billion dollars at the same time ISIS was getting its start, and at the same time in American history that an Inspector General whose job it was to watch over taxpayer dollars being spent according to the Congressional Approved allocations, but not one able to be found for Hillary and her State Department!
Knowing the Clintons, we must know that the obvious implication here is to cover up corruption and sweetheart deals, such as contracts to spouses and friends, with missing documents in numerous government contracts for the war in Iraq and much more:

It would seem very little was account for since the Clinton State Dept. had a vacancy for the critical Inspector General position, responsible for oversight and department spending, during the ENTIRE 5-year tenure of Hillary Clinton there.
It was the longest vacancy in the entire history of the department. In February 2012, a year before Clinton left office in February 2013, the Project on Government Oversight (POGO) reported:
The longest vacancy has been at the State Department, which has gone 1,484 days—over four years—without a permanent IG, at a time when the Department has taken on the responsibility and challenge of managing scandal-prone private security contractors in war zones. As of today, there are seven IG positions that have been vacant for more than a year.
So much for the already absurd ‘most transparent administration ever’ claim of the Obama Administration.
That means no one even pretended to keep Sec. Clinton and her department accountable during her reign.

Obama rushes to fill dozens of federal jobs before leaving office!

President Obama rushed to fill nearly 100 federal government vacancies during a frenzy of appointments in his final few weeks in office.
Since the new year, Obama has named 72 people to federal job openings and nominated another 17 for positions requiring Senate confirmation, according to CBS reporter Mark Knoller.
On Monday night, Obama announced appointments for 27 officials to government positions and named two to jobs requiring Senate confirmation.
The wave of announcements includes several White House officials, who will serve well after Obama leaves office.
They include Avril Haines, named a member of the National Commission on Military, National, and Public Service; Sarah Hurwitz, a speechwriter for Michelle Obama, and Raffi Freedman-Gurspan, a White House official, to be members of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council; Christy Goldfuss, DJ Patil, Amy Pope, Dan Utech and Cristin Dorgelo, all White House officials, to be members of the National Infrastructure Advisory Council.
Monday’s announcement also included Todd Phillip Haskell to be ambassador to Congo and Jason E. Kearns to be a member of the US International Trade Commission — both positions requiring Senate confirmation.
