How does this not give President Trump the constitution power, which has been constitutionally granted to him solely when it comes to immigration and determining if immigration is a danger to America’s sovereignty or to the safety of the American people? These comments and intended actions by Newsom and other Blue State leadership will and should result in an Executive Order from President Trump that every American should want to happen that requires a ‘Voter ID’ and proof of citizenship if you expect to vote in the upcoming 2020 elections!
On top of that you have within the Radical Left’s ‘Belly of the Beast,’ New York’s primary election that still hasn’t been decided for now over 50 days! They are STILL waiting for results, and for anybody who is still stuck in New York but looking to leave as soon as possible to find a place to live that still respects the Constitution and ‘Rule of Law’ for their families, this yet to be announced results of the primary is worse than just totally unacceptable, and the reason why America as a whole can’t afford a rushed transition to mass mail-in voting, especially without a mandatory Photo Voter ID Law in place like there is in every civilized nation that compares to the United States both economically and socially!
What should be more disturbing is realizing that the in the higher echelons of government, and due to no term limits we have a group of ideologues that have lost their way, and I hate to say this, but their minds also! First we have Joe Biden, the Democratic Candidate to be President of the United States who seems to have lost more than a step or two when it comes to remembering more than a few important facts who represents a larger group of who I call ‘Last Standers’ who appear to know that this will be their last Presidential Election, and because of the years in service have built up, at least in my opinion, some pretty hefty retirement and bank accounts since the 5-4 Decision by the Supreme Court known as ‘Citizens United’ that allowed outside interests to financially influence Foreign and Domestic Policies by buying our elected officials back in 2010!
To accomplish this, the majority – – Chief Justice Roberts and Justices Scalia, Thomas, Kennedy and Alito – – had to overrule two previous cases where the Court ruled correctly that Congress and the States may try to keep corporate money out of politics. In the Citizens United case, the Court cast aside a 2003 decision!
It’s beginning to look like Chief Justice Roberts is another ‘Deep Stater’ who’s gambling on President Trump losing in 2020, and deferring important decisions about Obama’s illegal and unconstitutional actions until after the election when the obvious decisions can be made before or after the election and doesn’t really matter, so why is Chief Justice Roberts now acting as an agent of the ‘Radical Left and doing their bidding when it comes to protecting Obama’s illegal behavior when he violated the law and the constitution when he acted on his own on immigration without the approval of Congress?
After watching interviews with some of the members of this group I’m beginning why the Pelosi ‘Radical Left’ has opted for Proxy voting in the House, and that’s because these individuals can’t go on the record in person, and like Biden, hiding out! Pelosi would rather eat gourmet Ice cream and showing off her side by side state of the art freezers while American were waiting, and Pelosi and Schumer were exploiting during the last time their was an impasse with the Covid Aid Package!
We saw Rep. Clyburn, when asked about rioters in Portland burning bibles, Democrat Rep. James Clyburn responds, “that’s their business.” Later, after months of rioters targeting the federal courthouse in Portland, he asks, “what federal building has been under threat?”
Democrat Senator Mazie Hirono got triggered after Republican Senator Ted Cruz pressed her to condemn Antifa violence. Not only did Hirono refuse to disavow the left-wing savagery, but she walked out of Cruz’s Antifa hearing in a huff. Hirono’s refusal to denounce the Antifa riots, looting, arson, and assaults is like the ostrich that buries its head in the sand, hoping this nullifies reality.
Then we have Pelosi who is the one who altered Obama’s documents to show he was a ‘Natural Born’ citizen when he wasn’t , which by the way are still sealed, so that he would be able to run for the Presidency, and then win…. If you recall it was Schumer who insisted during the Bush Administration that now candidate for the Supreme Court can be decided on within 18 months of the next Presidential election, but when Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead back in 2016 at a ranch. It seemed really unusual, as well was the timing as well. Some of the evidence from the scene suggests that foul play could have been involved but nothing has been proven. Now this was 8 months before the 2016 elections, and well within the ‘Schumer’ rule of 18 months, but Schumer was determined to advance Judge Garland, which exposed the left’s disdain for the truth!

When I mean stole the election I mean he home state of California used changes in the way votes were cast and counted that created an unheard of ‘grace’ period where ‘Votes and absentee ballots could be received within 3 days after election day and still be counted, and if you didn’t hear this yet California has now extended that grace period from those 3 day to 17 days, and they say it’s President Trump that wants to delay the election!

Is Mitch McConnell now taking a page out of Harry Reid’s obstruction and resistance when he decided on his own, and Democrat Senate Majority leader at the time Harry Reid, which is his right to do so, table 367 House passed legislation so that Obama could claim the ‘do’ nothing Congress was at fault of his feckless leadership, and forced now to use his famous, ‘Pen and Phone’ to bypass the Constitution, the ‘rule of law,’ and the Congress!
McConnell blocked amendments that would have defunded Planned Parenthood and implemented Kate’s Law in cracking down on sanctuary cities using the “filling the tree” process of crowding out amendments that he didn’t like- the same tactic that former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid used against Republicans.
Every Republican who thought Trump was a joke to be running for President, and said he won’t win, are now trying to say he would be the worst thing to happen to the Republican Party. They had him sign a commitment letter, and now they are regretting their decision, and more than that, going against the will of the American Republican voter. McConnell told the New York Times that he will drop him like a hot rock and won’t let him be the candidate for the Republican Party because he, supposedly, won’t beat Hillary. First of all, Hillary beats Hillary, and if any American votes for her, and her Socialist/Obama agenda, then there is no hope for this country at all. I have a little more faith in the American people than McConnell apparently does!

So today we have Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and the best friend of deceased Senator John McCain, Lindsey Graham who also has a somewhat questionable history when it comes to protecting and defending the Constitution, and with just with under 3 months to go before the election of 2020, I’m beginning to wonder if either of them can be trusted to be on the right side of America and for the American people when they seemed to have forgotten, like the members of the now ‘Radical’ Branch of the Democratic Party who replaced the ‘Progressive’ Branch of the Democratic Party, and who replaced my mother and father’s ‘Classic’ Democratic Party about their oath to protect and defend our constitutional values and guaranteed right, freedoms, and liberties, and here’s why I’m asking…
Did you know that when Obama was President that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was operating behind the scenes to rush through the Senate what would have been the most massive transfer of power from the Legislative to the Executive branch, and that’s with having Barack Obama at the helm! The senior Senator from Kentucky is scheming, along with Sen. Lindsey Graham, to bypass normal Senate procedure to fast-track legislation to grant the president the authority to wage unlimited war for as long as he or his successors may wish.The legislation makes the unconstitutional Iraq War authorization of 2002 look like a walk in the park. It will allow this president and future presidents to wage war against ISIS without restrictions on time, geographic scope, or the use of ground troops.
It was a completely open-ended authorization for President Obama at the time, and to use the military as he wishes for as long as he (or she) wishes. Now add this to the fact that Obama had already inked and executive order pertaining to Martial Law, but ‘PEACETIME’ Martial Law which by definition the American people were living under without them even being aware of it! Even President Obama had expressed concern over how willing Congress is to hand him unlimited power to wage war.
The purpose of the Legislative branch of our government is to restrict the Executive branch’s power. The Founders understood that an all-powerful king who could wage war at will was the greatest threat to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That is why they created a people’s branch, the Congress, to prevent the emergence of an all-powerful autocrat to drag the country to endless war. Sadly, Congress is surrendering its power to declare war.
Let’s be clear: If Senate Majority Leader McConnell succeeded in passing this open-ended war authorization, the U.S. Constitution would have been all but a dead letter.
There’s is only one culprit left who actually exited stage left before I was able to call his number, and that’s Harry Reid (80)….
Democratic Senate Majority not only jumped the gun when he changed the rules in the Senate to pass legislation from the 60 votes standard to the simple majority of only needing 51 votes, which is also known as the ‘Nuclear Option,’ but also set a precedent if the Republicans were ever to regain control of the Senate again, and like Democrats needed to pass legislation like Obamacare without 1 vote being cast in favor of by any Republican!
You see Harry was banking on his belief that the Democrats would secure the White House and Senate in 2016, but then again didn’t know that who he was banking on was none other than ‘Crooked’ Hillary Clinton! Harry was known for tabling just about everything that passed in the Republican House as of 2012, and then used that ‘Nuclear Option’ to appoint Progressive Justices and Judges to the lower courts to protect what Obama had already accomplished on his way to destroying America from within!
Hillary lost, and as a result President Trump has pretty much wiped away anything that Obama accomplished that was detrimental to making America Great Again, which is why America is where it is today because of the once Progressive Branch of the Democratic Party graduating to the new ‘Radical Left’ Branch of the Democratic Party, and being led by who I call these last standers who were around before 9/11, but there to be part of the beginnings of the George Soros inspired United Nation’s Agendas 21, 30, and 50 that Bush 41 initiated in 1992, and leading to 28 years later the long awaited for New World Order that all of these ‘Last Standers’ are willing to fight for until the very end!

Paul: Young People Want ‘Scandinavian Socialism,’ But It’s Welfare, and Middle Class Paid for It!

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) in an interview with “CBS This Morning” said Thursday that young people who support socialism want “Scandinavian socialism,” a “kinder gentler socialism,” but Scandinavia is a welfare state, and the middle class bears the burden, not the rich.
Paul, who was promoting his book, “The Case Against Socialism,” said that young supporters of socialism need to be reminded socialism has always been associated with genocide and famine and led to authoritarianism.
“I want to get to the book because socialism is also in the news these days. You write that people misunderstand it. They throw the term out there, but when you ask them to define it, it’s a much more problematic thing, so these polls that show support are kind of misleading,” CBS’s Tony Dokoupil said.
“I think a lot of this next generation, the young people in our country that may be infatuated with socialism may have forgotten the socialism of the last century has been with almost invariably associated with genocide and famine. People need to be reminded of that. It hasn’t been an accident. It’s been one after another. Socialism has devolved into authoritarianism,” Paul said.
“Nowadays the big thing is, oh, we want this Kinder gentler socialism. We want Scandinavian socialism, but we make the point – I think very clearly and supported by facts – that, one, Scandinavia is not socialist. It is a big welfare state, but the big lie you’re getting from the left in our country, the big lie that Bernie Sanders perpetuates is oh, but the rich people will pay for it. The top 1% will pay for it. That’s not how the way they do it in Scandinavia,” he said.
“The working class and middle class bear a huge burden over there – 25 percent sales tax for everybody. You have an income tax of 60% that starts at $60,000, so they do have a lot of so-called free stuff, socialist kind of stuff, welfare stuff in Scandinavia, but the middle class pay for it. Nothing’s really for free. They have enormous taxes, so it’s a false allure in our country when they say, oh, the top 1%’s going to pay for it. It won’t work. There’s not enough money. The middle class ultimately has to be taxed,” Paul said.
The difference with Bernie and the other ‘Deep State’ Cabal when it comes to fulfilling their goal of creating a New World Order is that there by definition no Middle class in Socialism, and only an upper and lower class, but in Bernie’s Socialism, and unlike Scandinavia’s Socialism, Bernie and his Cabal want to tax the rich and corporations, the one’s who create the jobs and that are somewhat protected by Scandinavian leaders because they ‘Get it’ and understand the business of economics and how ‘tax and spend,’ the Democrats legacy and well know rallying cry, is not an idea but a death sentence to any nation that’s already failed under Socialism, just ask any of those countries people who are risking their lives to make it to American shores, and democrats are now registering to vote in the hopes of stealing the election in 2020!
