He worked for the State Department during the Obama administration and received both his undergraduate and law degrees from Yale.

Jed, 38, was part of the cadre of lawyers who worked for Mueller on the 22-month Russia investigation. He entered the spotlight when he argued in pretrial litigation that certain records should be sealed from the public in order to protect the open investigation.
Michael J. Marando, assistant U.S. attorney
In March 2018, he secured an 18-month prison sentence for a dual citizen of Russia and Israel who had pleaded guilty to money laundering as part of an international fraud scheme.
Notice the 18 month length of the penalty, also remember those illegal immigrants who are repeat offenders being set free by the leadership of Sanctuary Cities and States so that ICE can’t deport them for the crimes that they’ve recommitted repeatedly that include rape, robbery, assault, dealing drugs, or being the director of the FBI like Mueller and Rosenstein when they got their wrist slapped for covering up the sale of 20% of America’s Uranium to Russia without the approval of Congress!
FBI Probe into Russian Uranium Bribes Concealed by Obama DOJ; Mueller, McCabe, Rosenstein Involved!

There was an 11-count indictment of former uranium transportation company executive, Mark Lambert, was the latest in a series of DOJ prosecutions involving individuals linked to the Russian nuclear industry and the Uranium One deal.
According to the indictment, Lambert and others at Transport Logistics International (TLI) engaged in several counts of bribery, kickbacks and money laundering with Russian nuclear official Vadim Mikerin, in order to secure business advantages with TENEX – a subsidiary of Rosatom, the Kremlin’s state-owned energy company which bought Uranium One.
TLI would have ostensibly transported all the uranium from the U1 deal, were it not for an FBI undercover mole buried deep within the Russian nuclear industry who gathered extensive evidence of corruption.
What many don’t realize is that Lambert’s indictment is not the first linked to the Uranium One deal.
In fact, Robert Mueller’s FBI had been investigating the scheme since at least 2008 – with retiring Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe assigned to the ongoing investigation which was hidden from the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS). Had they known, the committee never would have approved the Uranium One deal with TENEX’s parent company, Rosatom.
Four individuals were eventually prosecuted and given plea agreements after the Uranium One deal was approved. The prosecuting DOJ attorneys? Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and top Mueller investigator in the Trump-Russia probe, Andrew Weissman – who praised former acting Attorney General Sally Yates for defying Trump.
Unsurprisingly, all four indicted individuals were handed extremely light sentences, none of which made headlines.
The judge? Theodore Chuang – an Obama appointee who went to Harvard Law at the same time as Obama, advised Hillary Clinton as “Counselor on detail to the United States Department of State,” and just so happened to strike down Trump’s “Travel Ban” Executive Order. Chuang’s wife, Jacinta Ma served as a senior policy advisor to Michelle Obama.

Again, President Trump knowing he can, via ‘Tweet’ Pardon Roger Stone at the drop of a hat, chooses again to sit by and wait to see how the Pelosi led Dems and the Mainstream Media will go out of their way to not only attack President Trump, but to show America just how easily it is for the Progressive led by Pelosi and Schumer Democrats to just ignore the Constitution as they’ve done time and time again, and doing it without any remorse!
What makes these Dem’s anti-Constitution and ‘Rule of Law’ lapses questionable is how they’ve spent so much time over the last few months declaring that the reason for impeaching President Trump was due to the oath they took to protect and defend the Constitution, and their dedication to our founder’s Constitutional Republic! Really?
When we watch the Dems refuse to do their Constitutionally mandated responsibility in the impeachment process, and then trying to make the Senate do their job of investigating, calling and questioning witnesses, and collecting documents that might bolster their case against a duly elected President of the United States that we find that they chose to do none of the above!
What comes next in the Process would be their Constitutional responsibility to have the whole House of Representatives vote on those facts that they collected through investigation and the questioning of witnesses to determine whether of not they should move forward with impeaching this sitting President!
If they agree with a majority of the votes being cast for impeaching, and hopefully the same bipartisan majority that Pelosi declared would be the only way you could impeach a sitting President, then drawing up Articles of Impeachment to give to the Senate whose job it is not to bolster the Houses case for impeachment, but to take what the House of Representative’s findings and use those finding to hold a trial using the members of Senate to serve as the jury, PERIOD!!
The enough ‘Rope’ trick moment to hang themselves came when they wanted the Senate to call witnesses, which translates to that the Nadler, Schiff, and Schumer Impeachment ‘Shit Show’ Hoax didn’t have enough facts to Impeach President Trump, but decided to impeach him anyway without the facts!
When it comes to the process in the Senate when it comes to Impeaching a President, it has nothing to do with calling witnesses unless it’s for clarification purposes of the testimony they’ve already given in either the House during the investigation and collecting evidence process they need to draw up Articles of Impeachment, but in this case these Pelosi and Schumer Dems are trying to hang the Senate for not doing the Dems constitutional outlined Job to try and use it against Senators who might be up for reelection in 2020 that might give them a chance to take back the Senate!

We watched the same Dems under Pelosi and Schumer try to take away the Constitutionally guaranteed right of ‘Due Process’ to the Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, while at the same time having no problem rescinding candidate Kavanaugh’s ‘presumption of innocence’ guarantee by claiming that the Process wasn’t a legal/Judicial process but a ‘Political Process, and therefore Kavanaugh would have to prove his innocence! What followed was the ‘Me Too’ Movement following suit and forcing members of Congress, along with others, to step down without defending the accusations with the same Constitutionally guaranteed ‘Due Process’ along with their ‘Presumption of innocence’ rights!
The Dems now are trying to rescue Michael Bloomberg from himself and his Racist actions and attitudes toward Blacks from just over 10- 15 years ago when he was mayor of New York City, but OK for the Dems to go back 30-50 years to nail any conservative that might have spit on the sidewalk!

What’s going on now with his tweeting about the injustice of the 7-9 year recommended jail sentence for Roger Stone by the prosecutors who were on the case, and more than likely still left over from the Obama Administration’s corrupt leadership of the FBI, DOJ, CIA, is just another one of those truths that needed to be exposed! We also know that those individuals that know where their loyalty lies and who I would call ‘Never Trumpers,’ once their actions exposed their roots, decided to pack up and leave town, a.k.a. quit, but quit blaming President Trump on their way out the door, and yes, kicking them in the ass on their way out!
Unfortunately, I keep having this close to instant recall when it comes to politics that reminds me of similar instances when Donald J. Trump has given those in doubt inner circle friends and acquaintances enough rope to hang themselves as he did with Ted Cruz, who like Barack Obama wasn’t a ‘Natural Born’ Citizen but also not properly vetted by the election Committee! The President Trump test has exposed the lies behind their attacks on President Trump as did to a few other Republicans, a.k.a. RINO’s who got caught in then Candidate and now President Trump’s own little test using only a ‘Rope,’ and the rest is History!

LOYALTY MATTERS! TRUMP GAVE THEM ENOUGH ROPE, AND THEY ALL HUNG THEMSELVES!!
First there was John Kasich, who even up to the last minute was given a chance to honor his pledge, and take advantage of the opportunity to speak, and by the way, the same pledge that Donald Trump was forced to sign before being included in the ‘Esteem 17!” Then we had ‘lyin’ Ted Cruz who also took the bait and showed his true colors! Then we have the ‘Paid to Report’ Media who also showed their ignorance, or their lack thereof, of being prepared when it came to the facts in reporting the truth!! Who could forget how Donald J. Trump called out Obama on his citizenship requirement to be able to be President as outlined in the Constitution back in 2008, and then again when ‘Lyin’ Ted, and even ‘Little’ Marco in the 2016 primaries, both should have been disqualified under the same Constitutional requirement?
After ‘Lyin’ Ted was done with his speech Trump appeared from behind the curtain with thumbs up and clapping; he knew he got him! He knew that without putting any restrictions or vetting Cruz’s speech (The Rope), which according to the ‘Paid to Report’ Media is unheard of, that his true colors would come out, and they did (Hung Himself)!!
Just because the ‘Bitch’ Kasich wasn’t going to take advantage to represent Ohio and Cleveland in a hostess mode role in America’s spotlight doesn’t mean Kasich isn’t around. He’s everywhere, speaking to state delegations at hotels, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and at a forum at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The governor of Ohio is holding a virtual shadow convention, just outside the thick security perimeter of downtown Cleveland!
Kasich was literally a few blocks from the convention floor Tuesday afternoon, at a Republican think tank praising globalism, delivering a speech that defended free trade, immigration expansion, cooperation with European allies, supporting emerging Democracies around the world.
Even the bipartisan political bosses got caught with their ‘fix is in’ by letting this little, but important requirement to become President of the United States of America, show their now disdain for the Constitution, and the future plans for the 2020 election cycle!
