Congress shall be in session on the sixth day of January succeeding every meeting of the electors. The Senate and House of Representatives shall meet in the Hall of the House of Representatives at the hour of 1 o’clock in the afternoon on that day, and the President of the Senate shall be their presiding officer.
America is not a 3rd World Banana Republic where if you get rid of the head of the country (President Trump) you can overthrow and take control of what’s left, but what’s being forgotten is that America has 330 million people that run and own the government together and jointly, and for the Pelosi and Schumer Cabal to think that they can overthrow a government that was built with the People input, by the People, and for the People, and not by a one man or woman hand me down bloodline figurehead!

The unconstitutional lack of action by Congress to Certify the 2020 election results, which by the way is required by the Constitution, has now forced the American People to have to defend and protect their own ‘By the People and for the People’s Constitutional Republic, and the Constitution that guides every American citizen and protects and defends their Constitutional rights!
Time for America’s people’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) which is the body of the most senior uniformed leaders within the United States Department of Defense, to recognize that what’s going on within our government and past election is an attempt to overthrow America’s government and act according to their oath to protect and defend the Constitution which is being attacked from within by members of both sides of the aisle and the Supreme Court!
When the legislators, courts and/or Congress fail to do their duty under the 12th Amendment, it must the President, but since Congress didn’t certify the election it appears that we don’t have a President right now, and so it’s up to the people using America’s men and women of our military who took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution to immediately declare a limited form of Martial Law, and temporarily suspend the Constitution and civilian control of these federal elections, for the sole purpose of having the military oversee a national re-vote.”
Note: Executive Orders/Actions by the president were not designed for, nor do they give a president the authority to use as, a means to override or alter legislation or any other ‘CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION!’ Executive Orders cannot defy Congressional or Constitutional intent!

Do I have to remind every American Citizen that our founders left the world that Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, Mitch McConnell and Chief Justice Roberts is trying to force the American people to accept? Do I have to remind you that the Constitution itself calls for America from day one to be first and great always, and that the Dems attempts to do or force any American to do anything labels it unconstitutional before they can even translate those treasonous thoughts into words!
Let’s also be clear on something else, there is now where in the Constitution that says the people they represent don’t officially have to wait for some state law to recall a representative that represents the people when they’ve abandoned their oath, not voted with the best interest of their constituency at heart and so easily violate the 14th Amendment!
I think a real good place to start is very easy to understand and when it comes to everything Joe Biden has put forth for the future of his distorted America via Executive Order or Presidential Memoranda goes against everything constitutionally that reinforces the basics of the 14th Amendment that protects and defends every American citizen’s right to ‘Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness!

My only question is when are the leaders of the National Guard and our military who took an Oath also to protect and defend the Constitution are finally going to realize that’s what’s going on in Washington is and attempt by the ‘Radical Left’ to overthrow our government, and physically remove Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Mitch McConnell, Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Chief Justice Roberts, and arrest all those corrupt bad actors that the Durham-Barr investigation had exposed, that is until someone pushed the findings being released until after the election that they knew was going to be fixed in order to continue to hide the Obama Administration’s level of unconstitutional and illegal behavior that because of the loss by Hillary Clinton to Donald J. Trump in 2016 that has now allowed those supposed to be Hidden by Hillary when she won, but now revealed for all the world to see!
Why is it that with the peoples government being a ‘Constitutional Republic’ that the Mainstream Media, and that includes what I consider FOX News murder’s row which is the week night programming between 8-12, never mentions the violations of these Executive Orders and Presidential Memoranda of the constitution which would easily show how treasonous that both these sides of the aisle appear to be since Bush 41 back in 1992 signed the Rio Accords at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro!
A constitutional republic is a state where the chief executive and representatives are democratically elected by the people, and the rules are set down in a written constitution. The head of state and other representatives are elected but they do not have uncontrolled power. What they may do is written in the constitution.
It was never Democrat vs Republican, White vs Black. Christian vs Muslim, those were the distractions and diversions to take every American’s eye off the ball while the ‘Deep State’ followed through with that 29-year-old commitment to the formation of a New World Order by Bush ’41.’ It started back 29 years ago since 1992 when Bush ‘41’ got the ball rolling when he signed the Rio Accords at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro that opened the path for the United States to implement U.N. Sustainable Development Agenda 21!
It’s not Democrats vs Republicans, it’s about the American people against a bipartisan effort to undermine our Constitution and its checks and balances, which was accomplished through both sides of the aisle weaponizing the perfectly placed leadership of the Obama Administrations Intelligence agencies from years past who by the way have worked together for many Administrations, and without one of these highest ranking leaders of the FBI, DOJ, and CIA being elected to their lofty positions, but protected and in place to do the maximum damage to the most respected National Security and Intel Agencies in the world!
Republicans are all part of the Plan as their proven lack of push back for the entire 8 years of Obama and the lack of protecting a President who put them back on the map over the last 4 years under President Trump. I think you also have to ask the question if the Republicans wanted to be put back on the map, and if the actions of Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and that’s because of President Trump, as was his last victory in Kentucky because of President Trump’s policies! McConnell’s history with Trump and his ties to China are not only disturbing but constitute, at least in my book, being charged with being part of a conspiracy to overthrow the government of the United States of America, along with the other names I just mentioned above!

MCCONNELL: M.I.A. DURING THE OBAMA YEARS?
Where are the Republicans when it comes to defending the President against these false made up accusations, ‘Fake News,’ and made up stories by sources that don’t exist, and don’t exist because they are protected and don’t have to be revealed which is basically giving the Mainstream Media a license to lie! What really puts this bipartisan collusion by both parties to destroy America from within for the sake of the New World Order is front and center was the 4th election where voter fraud was detected after the fact big time, and again neither side putting forth a Mandatory Federal Photo Voter ID Law, or even mentioning it with all the illegals that are in the country, and the fact that California is automatically registering them to vote even though they supposedly don’t vote.
The ‘End Game’ goal for the 4 Administrations starting with Bush 41 that was a Republican Administration, then we had Democrat President Bill Clinton signed executive Order ##12858, creating a Presidential Council on ‘Sustainable Development.’ This effectively pushed the UN plan into America’s large, churning government machine without the need for any review or discussion by Congress or the American people.
Followed by Republican Bush 43, who nominated Chief Justice Roberts to the Supreme Court, and then of Course Democrat Barack Obama, who had been set up with the corrupt leadership of the DOJ, FBI, and CIA, Minority and eventually Majority leader of the Senate Mitch McConnell whose ties to China were hidden by the Mainstream Media and the Members of the Pelosi and Schumer Cabal by pretending it was Russia, Russia, Russia when it should have been China, China, China all along!
The final key to the China puzzle was when Obama, Hillary’s, and just revealed over the last few years Adam Schiff’s financial backer, George Soros, when he announced after Obama 1st inauguration back in 2009 that he would be leaving America as his number #1 Economic Superpower and changing horses by gong for China to be his new Economic Superpower!
Now we know why when it comes to trade with China, the theft of intellectual Property by China, and now the United Nations manned and operated by China’s ‘Strong Cities Network’ Peacekeeping troops that volunteered to send 250,000 Peacekeeping troops to America to protect the Biden Inauguration, has now given the American people a very clear idea of why the Obama Administration attacked by using racist attacks against America’s men and women in Blue, while the Obama Administration was intentionally dismantling, shrinking, and removing America from the World Stage when it came to using America’s Peacekeeping strategy via ‘Peace through Strength’ to solve the conflicts of the world instead of force!
The Constitution is the uncertified Biden and Harris Achilles Heel, but more than that the bluff that the ‘Swamp’ hopes will convince the American people to do what those people in China are forced to do, and that’s to follow instructions and only to do what you’re told!
Clearly Plagiarizing for 50 years Biden, like Obama, has not respected or protected the Constitution. Biden has broken his oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. Article II, Section 1. (Please note that my Reference to Joe Biden is not as President, or Kamala Harris Vice President, and that’s because Congress has yet to Certify the election!
Chief Justice Roberts has chosen to block the challenges to the elections from being heard by the Supreme Court, and now with hindsight and with Chief Justice Roberts fingerprints over every Supreme Court Decision that has hurt instead of helped America in the last 15 years since becoming the Chief Justice I think that Speaker of the House and her two stooges Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler should start the ball rolling to impeach the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Roberts, and put it to a House vote once the facts are laid out!
If all else fails, there is always the 2nd Amendment!

The Difference Between a U.S. Citizen and a Natural Born Citizen

Many members of the political-media establishment are either deliberately misrepresenting facts for political reasons or they are simply ignorant of those facts, that is, the manner in which one becomes a citizen as opposed to the concept of natural born citizenship.
Those who equate “citizen” with “natural born citizen” often misinterpret Constitutional law and statute law, the latter meaning that Congress may pass laws only defining the manner in which one becomes a citizen, either citizen by birth or a naturalized citizen, not the Constitutional concept of natural born citizenship.
In addition, many people mistakenly cite English Common Law as the origin of the natural born citizen concept, which, in that regard, the Founders rejected; rather than its true origin, the codification of natural law described by Emerich de Vattel in his 1758 book “The Law of Nations.”
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 states:
“No Person except a Natural Born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Barack Obama and now Kamala Harris were, and are not Constitutionally qualified to have been or be in the future the Vice President or President of the United States!!
What you need to understand is that without violating the Constitution, the yet to be certified by Congress tag team of Biden and Harris couldn’t have gotten away with doing any of what citizen Joe Biden and retired from the Senate Kamala Harris are attempting to do!
Because Obama couldn’t have done what he did, is why the Trump Administration had no problem cancelling out everything that Obama thought he got away because it wasn’t constitutional or legal in the first place! Obama thought that with a Hillary win that his legacy of treasonous behavior would have been preserved, and that Hillary would have buried all the corruption coming from the leadership of the FBI, DOJ, and the CIA that the Durham-Barr investigation would have revealed if not intentionally pushed beyond the fixed election that Pelosi and he cabal of treasonous ‘Never Trumpers’ knew was already in the bag!
Now add to that what every American Citizen is feeling in their gut, and that’s all of this preparation by trying to defund the police, and the Obama/Biden dismantling and shrinking of America’s military, is for Xi Jinping’s entrance of his fully manned by Chinese peacekeeping troops that make up the United Nations ‘Strong Cities Network that Obama’s AG Loretta Lynch, and behind close doors and in the basement of the United Nations made a deal before leaving office that would violate America’s sovereignty by allow U.N. Peacekeeping troops to work on American soil with cities, which we now know is the ‘Strong Cities Network,’ and that we also know is now fully manned by China, the country that has the worst Human Rights and Civil Rights record in the world!
If you recall China’s Xi Jinping offered to send in 250,000 United Nations Peacekeeping troops to secure the Biden Inauguration, but poised and ready to march in at the first sign that ‘ a staged violent Extremism’ was being committed by made to look like Trump supporters who have always believed in the constitution, the Rule of Law, and making America great again, with no record of ever calling for or having a BLM and/or Antifa style violent and Extreme protest in the history of Trump followers!
Every American knew right then and there that the Democrats were using illegals, and that’s because the American made minorities, and because once President Trump’s booming economy lowered the unemployment rate of every listed minority across the board, and their were more women working and advancing then ever before, and now with the makeup of the new House members and even Democrats who’ve been used by being threatened are now finally seeing that being on the side of the constitution and honoring their oath is the way to go, and I expect a couple of whistleblowers doing a little backdooring on their own when it comes to the corruption of the leadership of not only the two parties but the FBI, DOJ, and the CIA, and pushing the power back to our founder’s America presets and the American People, and keeping them there!
