With Biden and Harris being silent about whether or not they will pack the court if elected, has elevated the once believed to be Progressive Branch of the Democratic Party to the now now ‘Radical Left’ Branch of the Democratic Party that’s decide that instead of coming up with a new platform that isn’t Socialism, but instead of something that the American People might be able to get behind as my parents were always able to do back before 9/11, but with George Soros’s financial backing of the United Nations Agenda 21, and due to the fact that there are no Term Limits in play, we have a group fence sitters who are still members of congress who have been around since the 90’s when Agenda 21 was up front but hidden in the depths of America’s bureaucracy ready to strike at the right moment!
In my book I list these members of Congress and the number of years they’ve been sitting on that fence, and who’ve I’ve labeled last standers, and you would be shocked, or not about who is on this list, and who are the same members of Congress who are pushing George Soros’s Agenda 21, Packing the Courts, and on board with the transformation of America being steered toward the ‘Deep State’s’ New World Order!
I don’t know about you, but in my book, and not referring to my book, but my Proverbial book, and in my opinion, these 3 significant and important decisions were game changers when it comes to how they affected America’s future! Remember these are not ‘Laws,’ because the Supreme Court’s job is not to make law but to decide whether the law follows our founder’s literal intent and interpretation, which should be forcing every American who’s within shouting distance to answer the question about why are these mouthpieces from the ‘Radical Left’ are not only questioning but attacking the possible replacement for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and doing it in the same way they questioned and attacked the newest additions to the Supreme Court with Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, and who like Amy Coney Barrett are originalists Constitutionalists with Barrett adding texturalist (?) to her credentials!
Here is some food for thought! Should the 3 decisions that were immensely influential on American life that were made by the Supreme Court, be considered being made by that proverbial ‘Packed Court,’ with the other 2 being Roe v. Wade, which has basically assisted in the deaths of over now 61 Million potential American lives through abortion, and the third being the unconstitutional decision by the Supreme Court when they had to make the call about whether or not the Obamacare Mandate funding was a tax or not!

With Hillary losing with her Socialism that’s failed 100% of the time its been tried, the left needed to find a way to force Socialism with its ‘End Game’ New World Order waiting in the wings, Pelosi and company had to go to their new but illegal non-speaking English base that Stalin described as “Useful Idiots” to replace their once depended on American made minorities, and that’s because those same American made minorities got wise to the fact that they could make more money and have a better life by not depending on government for their every need, but now depending on themselves and family members to be the ones that bring home the bacon, while opening the door to opportunities the know existed until President Trump built the biggest economy in the history of America, and did with using strategies that Obama could have used if he wanted to, and could have easily learned about if he wanted to, but he didn’t, and instead to blame someone else!

A day after the dueling ‘Town Halls’ we have Joe Biden somewhat still staying silence on whether or not he intends to pack the court if elected, and I say somewhat because he is now saying that he will let the people know before the election, but that before the election could be after tens of millions of votes are cast before counting due to ‘Vote by Mail’ early voting, a.k.a., ‘Voter Fraud’ via the same ‘Vote by Mail’ scheme that not only netted the ‘Radical Left’ the ‘House,’ but Pelosi her second Gavel back during the 2018 midterm elections!

Her name is Amy Coney Barrett and the question was about whether or not she would recuse herself if there was an election day results challenge if SCOTUS was called upon to make a decision!
Next was using my version of the ‘Amy Coney Barrett’ process when analyzing the facts of a case, and that would be figuring out the ‘why’ behind Presidential candidate, or should I say just confirming what we already know about Joe Biden, a career politician who used his position to enrich his own family, refusal to answer the question about whether or not, if elected, if he would ‘Stack’ the Supreme Court! The number 3 given was trying to remember the title of the New Number #1 ‘Best Selling’ book on Amazon by Senator Ted Cruz, and the reason for that is because of something subconsciously, and probably because of ‘Prevagen,’ is telling me that it’s critical to my ‘Amy Coney Barrett’s’ equivalent mental process, and with that title being ‘One Vote Away,’ I was able to cut through all the BS and go right to the answers, the whys, and the how comes!

I go into this in depth in my book, but for now let me give you just some of the facts because it seems that the Mainstream Media,who is not living up to their expected role in society, haven’t been openly making available for not only the American People to see, but also the people of those member nations of the European Union because the same corrupt leadership and ‘Mainstream Media’ didn’t do their expected role either! They weren’t warned of the plan to open their border to allow an unmanageable influx of immigrants and refugees that were going to erase their sovereignty, but as a result was going to automatically dilute their once unique and identifying cultural exceptionalism that the world has identified and recognized with for not only generations, but for centuries!
What the American people haven’t been told is that the same fate of open borders, our sovereignty being threatened, and America’s unique cultural differences that would have been diluted if not erased all together if Hillary had won! What you probably didn’t know either is that the Mainstream Media chose not to mention the plans for America’s version of the European Union, which is the ‘North American Union,’ that was available for anybody to read about if they cared to for 8 months before the 2016 elections!
Do you think that if the American People were made aware of the fact that in the ‘North American Union’s’ version of the European Union had no borders planned that would to of had to be defended, protected, or that would have needed a ‘Wall’ at all to be built between Mexico, Canada, and the United States, because there were no plans to have any borders enforced or protected, and just like the unprotected and not enforced borders surrounding those same member nations of the European Union! If you don’t believe that than just check out a copy of those plans that were being drawn up for 5 years during the Obama Administration!
Did you ever ask yourself about all those newbie elected officials who had to have been forced or threatened to fulfill the bipartisan ‘Swamp’s’ 1992 Agenda 21’s participation agreement, and as a result back in 2006 were forced to do a little dancing, now that’s because the American people got tired of seeing that constant influx of illegals freely coming in to our country after 9/11!
Now with that in mind you got to know that our elected officials, especially when Agenda 21 called for no borders, Barriers, or Fences on not only our Southern Border, but all borders, and any borders for that matters, around the world!
The answer they came up with to protect their clandestine plans was to throw the American people that proverbial bone by pretending they cared about the American people and their election day mandates, and as a result came up with what’s known today as the ‘Secure Fence Act of 2006’ that was basically for poo-pooing the American people’s demands because they wanted that Wall/Barrier/of Fence on America’s Southern Border!
It was In 2006 that they passed that bill and made it a law that would build a 700-mile long fence on the southern border, but when it came to the approved financing it kind of got lost and diverted to the more important financing and support of the same unvetted illegal immigrants and refugees, and not building those same border protections that were promised!
The Feds approved 800 million dollars to be allocated to build 700 miles of fence on our southern border to help Border Patrol agents do their job, but when Obama reported back that 95% of the fence was complete, but when the real number came out to be only 32 miles were completed you have to be asking yourself what happened to the rest of the money:
The answer was that the DHS added an Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R.-Texas) slipped into an omnibus appropriation bill that Congress passed on December 18, 2007. Hutchison’s amendment put a loophole in the fence law that allowed the secretary of Homeland Security not to build the fence Congress had mandated the year before.
The American People’s Questions about why our elected officials, and without the Mainstream Media running their usual interference, haven’t done anything about the constant parade of illegals easily coming over the border unchecked, especially when they can see everything that’s been going on with their own eyes! What’s even worse than that is watching a duly, but unconstitutional President, who took the oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and who told his followers some 22 times that he couldn’t do anything on immigration without Congress, didn’t live up to Hillary’s ‘Words Matter’ and changed his mind by using historical pen to sign an executive order to not only violate and bypass the Constitution on immigration, but to expand that same Executive Order power to order our border Patrol members, and who defend and protect our borders with pride and dedication, to stand down and not enforce the immigration ‘Laws of the Land’ or do their jobs!
What our elected officials have forgotten is that this nation was built by the People and for the People, and for the People to want a ‘Wall’ and to get ‘poo-pooed’ about building that ‘Wall,’ and because those same elected Officials that we elected and then sent to Washington to represent their ‘fair share’ of the people, but chose instead to not follow the peoples lead, which explains why the same ‘both’ sides of the aisle have refused the people’s most frequently asked mandate, and that’s to come up with some form of a mandated Federal Photo Voter ID Law! We all know that when it comes to addressing the needs of the American people, it seems that everything has fallen on deaf ears, especially when it comes to this election that is turning out to be the most important election in American History, and if you have something nefarious going on behind the people’s back, you don’t want to trust the people to betray what’s worked for America and the same people for the last 244 years!
You also have to remember that the American Taxpayers are tired of financially supporting illegals who are voting illegally to allow those same tax funded ‘Radical Left’s’ bribes for illegals so that they will continue to vote for the candidates running for office from the ‘Radical Left’ who will keep funding illegals using American taxpayer dollars to do it! Now if that’s not bad enough we have those same illegals being given driver’s licenses while while automatically registered to vote, then hearing Governors of these Blue States saying that these same illegals won’t be permitted or allowed to vote, but then after swearing it wouldn’t possible happen, announcing that they will be mailing out ‘Vote by Mail’ ballots to every registered voter!
I would have to say, especially with the pre 2016 elections poll when the American people gave a 12.8% job approval rating to Congress, has a lot more to do with why the ‘People’ elected an outsider, non-politician billionaire businessman to take over! It’s also time for those ‘Never Trumpers,’ especially now with what we’re all learning about the ‘never’ existing from day one Russian Hoax that President Obama and his groping, gaffing, and now indictable Vice President Joe Biden knew about from the beginning, and knew about even before President Trump’s inauguration was in the books, but instead chose to lie about knowing what they knew for the last 4 years of this President’s first term, and who is guilty of only trying to ‘Make America Great Again!
Now is the time for every politically unaffiliated individual’s inner Avatar to tell themselves that what’s going on today as we speak with the confirmation hearing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg possible replacement, and who has been on President Trump’s list of textural originalist Jurist that he said he would pick from if one was needed, but also because he wanted to be transparent enough so that every person knew that his campaign promises were to legit to throw him over for the likes of someone like Joe Biden and his unconstitutional running mate Kamala Harris who is afflicted with the same ‘Red Flag’ violation of the constitutional requirement to be President or Vice President, and that’s having to be a ‘Natural Born’ Citizen, and after being forced to live for 8 years under Obama’s reign of terror, is the reason why that ‘Natural Born’ requirement needs to be upheld and maintained!
In contrast doing the same is something the ‘Radical’s Left’s’ ticket of Biden and Harris won’t do, and that my fellow Americans should be more than troubling to any and all Americans no matter what side of the aisle they choose to hang their hat!
With the confirmation hearing of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court coming to a close, I have to believe that her confirmation, at least in my opinion, is a slam dunk! I also learned a lot about what the ‘Radical Left’s ‘End Game’ is setting up to be because if the questions they’ve been asking the candidate to be the newest Scotus Justice by just the questions that the ‘Left’s’ members of the committee were asking, and that candidate Amy Coney Barrett for the vacant Supreme Court seat that she wasn’t going to give up!
The first would be that the members of the committee from the ‘Radical Left’ continue to not adhere to their oath or the dictates made by the constitution when it comes to the required processes and protocols that are clearly outline in the constitution to follow! The President is elected for9999 4 years, not 3 1/2, and is constitutionally required to replace a Justice on the Supreme Court if for some reason a individual Supreme Court Justice is unable to continue!
What your not being reminded of here is that the same happened when Obama and Reid when they ‘Packed’ the 9th circuit court of appeals, which in my mind, and because of the questioning of this textural original Constitutionalist candidate for the Supreme Court, Amy Coney Barrett, was basically a trial run that failed, and failed because after the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals it constitutionally and proverbially, didn’t have the last say, and probably why between 80% to 90% of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decisions were overturned by the Supreme Court, the real final say, and the court that the ‘Radical Left’ wants to stack, and that both Biden and his unconstitutional due to her citizenship, and like President Obama was, Vice Presidential candidate, Kamala Harris!
What you need to know about the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is that it was ‘Packed,’ at least in my opinion unconstitutionally, but the ‘left’ would say constitutionally because there is nothing that says the Majority leader of the Senate can’t change the rules, so I guess I’ll have to go with not in good faith! Either way the truth of the matter is that both President Obama and the exiting Supreme Court Majority leader Harry Reid, decided to change the customarily used 60 vote threshold to pass legislation to a simple majority of just 51 votes, with the idea of stacking the court with ‘Progressive’ Judges and Justices, and doing it without one Republican having a say/vote!
This test run of ‘stacking’ the lower court was to stop any duly elected President, and in this case President Trump, from undoing any of the Obama Administration’s unconstitutional and illegal actions or violations of the Constitution that the Obama Administration might have gotten away with that they might have established, but they also thought that Hillary, especially with George Soros’s Voting Machines already in over 300 voting districts in 16 swing states, was going to win, and win in a landslide over President Trump, and all the polls confirmed that belief! The Obama Administration never believed that their built to order protective ‘Firewall’ of stacked Progressive Judges and Justices would ever be needed, but as we all know today, they were wrong!
What they didn’t count on was Hillary Losing, and that the ‘Firewall’ would be needed to stop President from exercising his sole responsibility that the founder’s had instilled and trusted him to do if need be, and that’s to protect America’s sovereignty and to keep the American people safe if he deems it necessary, and if immigration as a whole posed a threat making that call!
In the end it was these Progressive judges and Justices that blocked the founder’s mandated directive that the President, and the President alone, has the power to determine whether or not immigration on a whole is a threat to America and the American people, as I mentioned earlier, but these Progressive Judges and Justices used their not related to the Constitution ‘Progressive interpretation’ excuse for blocking a duly elected President based on then candidate Trump’s campaign rhetoric to Block that perfectly executed and Constitutional mandated processes and protocols to do the job!
This would be the perfect opportunity for the American People to at least if just temporarily, to put aside our differences and vote for America and it’s very much appreciated guaranteed rights by voting for the most qualified candidate who will not only live up to his campaign promises, but live up to those promises by following the Constitution and ‘Rule of Law,’ which is something that seems to have escaped the bulk of the members of congress for the last 8 years when Obama was at the helm, but also supported by the hiding Cabal of RINO’s that are still hiding in the ‘Swamp’ waiting to use their power to undermine this President, and the American people that still support his plans to ‘Make america Great Again!
America and the American people have this last chance to get it right, and just because America dodged that NWO Agenda bullet 4 years ago because Hillary lost, doesn’t mean that the once ‘Progressive’ Left, that’s been upgraded to the now ‘Radical Left,’ won’t keep trying to shove their agenda down the American People’s throat, and why they’ll do anything and everything in their power to regain the power that they squandered away back when the Obama Administration controlled the House, Senate, and White House!

Just so you understand what I’m talking about, it was Hillary, not the now President Trump, that the Russians wanted to win the 2016 election!!
Here are some of the facts that might have been misinterpreted, but it was Hillary as Secretary of State who unconstitutionally and illegally, and without congressional approval, that brokered the deal with Russian to buy 20% of America’s Uranium! Now add to that the reason why Obama chose not to act on the promise he made on behalf of the American People to protect the Syrian people if the Russian backed Assad, the leader of Syria, gassed his own people again, which he did, but Obama did nothing about it by responding with force after making those promises on behalf of the American People!
It was Hillary Clinton’s State Department when she was the Secretary of State that either lost or misplaced $6 Billion dollars of taxpayer money at the same time ISIS was getting its start, and the longest period of time where they couldn’t find an Inspector General whose job it would have been to watch over those same $6 Billion taxpayer dollars, for over 1,400 days, almost the entire tenure of HIllary Clinton being the Obama ‘Secretary of State!’ Hmmm, now add to that the $400 Million dollars worth of weaponry that accidently fell into the arms of ISIS, and believe it or not the Obama Administration admits happens, and you have what I would describe as a conundrum!
If you recall, and you’d have to because we know that the ‘Deep State’ Mainstream Media wasn’t, and still isn’t going to tell you, that after the Republicans took back the Senate in 2014, that we saw both the exiting Democratic Senate Majority Harry Reid and now Ex-President Obama use the ‘Nuclear Option,’ which is the same ‘simple majority’ rule change known as the ‘Nuclear Option’ that Harry Reid used to pass Obamacare, was now using it to pack the lower courts, especially the ‘9th Circuit Court of Appeals,’ with Progressive Judges and Justices to block any attempt to undo any or all of the illegal and unconstitutional actions, and possibly laws, that the Obama Administration’s clandestine Socialist New World Order Agenda was able to get passed, and then whatever they were able to sneak behind the backs of the American people!
What should be even more upsetting is that after electing and then sending what we all thought were honest and trusted men and women to Washington to represent their constituency, that we are now finding out that even though they all took the oath of their office to protect and defend the Constitution, that those same members from both sides of the aisle looked the other way while the Mainstream Media willingly gave them cover from being exposed for not living up to that same oath that they all took!

In closing I just wanted to give you the final analysis of this Radical Left’s ‘Packed’ ‘9th Circuit Court of Appeals!’ First it shows you why they now have their eyes on ‘Packing’ the Supreme Court, and that’s because the federal appeals court that covers the country’s West Coast is doing little to shake its reputation as the most out-of-touch circuit, already having notched seven cases that have been reversed by the U.S. Supreme Court so far this year and 115 over the past decade.
As the justices prepare to release final rulings in 29 cases, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit again will be in the spotlight with some of its major cases, such as President Trump’s travel ban, up for review — and potential reversal — by the high court.

A new study sheds some light on what facts the press most likes to check.
The reason I’m asking that is because of the facts behind the possible reason why Obama chose to leave 128 Judge/Justice’s positions unfilled when leaving office, but the always honest and above board fact checkers say it was only 105, and their saying this because McConnell’s Republicans Blocked Obama’s Progressive Judges and Justices before both Obama and Reid ‘Packed’ the ‘9th Circuit Court of Appeals!’ Common sense, and know what we know today why he didn’t go through the normal process before leaving office, is possibility because Obama felt he didn’t have to rush to fill those seats because he believed that Hillary would have after she won the 2016 election! Hmmm,some food for thought?
How much longer can we Americans, as Americans, afford to keep taking sides when we now know officially, and after the last couple of weeks, that the target is America and its exceptionalism, which includes our constitutional rights, our liberties, and our freedoms, but what’s even worse just knowing that this has been the plan since Bush 41, and than the next either Republican or Democratic President ever since!
President Trump is not the problem or the cure, he just got in the way, but in the way because of the way ‘Swamps’ inability to deliver for the American people when it come to the mandates and directives that were laid out clearly by the election results, but ignored intentionally by our elected officials because they believed that their plan was best for the world for America’s future, but not preserving our founder’s reason for leaving that world to blaze a new path where the people would rule themselves, and that the experiment that they would set off on would be one that’s been envied and respected for the last 244 years by the world community, and the reason why every immigrant and refugee has risked their lives to be part of that experiment that simply consists of just being a government that is by the People and for the people! I don’t know about you, but even after hearing that for my entire life, it still has a great ‘Ring’ about it!
It’s time for every American to ‘error on the side of caution’ and vote for the next 4 years, but not take sides and voting for the best path for America to take that allows all of us, like our parents and grandparents, to vote for whatever way tells you is the way to maintain and protect those same opportunities that you had, whether you used them or not, that allows your children and their children’s children to live their lives with the same options, possibilities, and having that shot at their own American Dream!
