It appears Judge Kavanaugh has the votes to confirm his nomination to the Supreme Court, and after Senator Collins of Maine broke down Kavanaugh’s decisions on the lower court by debunking pretty much everything that the Schumer and Nancy Feinstein’s lynch mob had accused the Judge of doing and voting for, especially when it turns out he was taking the Democrats side on Obamacare, Roe v. Wade, and not being President Trump’s lap dog, the logic and common sense for why a unanimous vote is in order as was the 90 plus votes that Kagan, Sotomayor, and Ginsberg received!
The Democrat’s intent was obvious, and when you realize that this all could have been averted if Dems had done their homework, and had taken the time given to them to sit down and have a one on one conversation with the judge, which they didn’t, just goes to show you that it wasn’t Judge Kavanaugh they feared from the beginning, it was the Constitution and everything Obama did unconstitutionally that might have a good chance of being reversed!
Here’s the real question, and If you are a Democrat and vote ‘NO’ on Kavanaugh, do you still intend to ignore ‘Due Process’ and the ‘Presumption of Innocence, and do you still support the Obama ‘Deep State’ who violated the Constitution more times than can almost be counted, and did it with no regrets to advance his intended transformation of America’s Constitutional Republic to Social Globalism?
What wasn’t known at the time by the American People, but now realized, is that they got away with doing all of this with the protection of our once trusted Mainstream Media hiding the facts of his mission from the American People!
When I say this I’m not talking about Democrats or Republicans, but as I said, the American People who’ve had enough of the ‘Left’s’ lying and the Right’s standing by an allowing all that I mentioned to happen!
Obama’s Unconstitutional Actions!
There are a lot of reasons why the Democrats are panicking and doing everything in their power to stop the vote, and I don’t think it has everything to do with being afraid of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, but more of being afraid of the constitution and the unconstitutional actions taken by President Obama and his band of ‘Deep State’ collusion and corruption experts that weaponized our once most respected National Security Agencies in the World, and then used those agencies reputation to dodge the bullet after Hillary loss in the last election! Those co-conspirators are now being hung out to dry and fend for themselves because their cover had been blown!
The other things Democrats fear is the vote itself, and if you’ve been watching the news in the past 2 days you know that those candidates in those states that are running for reelection, and I’m not just talking about Republicans, but the Democrats who will unknowingly be greatly impacted by their vote because the American people believe, which they showed with the 12.8% Congressional approval rating before the 2016 election, that America and its people deserve better than what this bipartisan circus has to offer!
It appears that the Kavanaugh vote for him to be seated on the Supreme Court has nothing to do with him being qualified, which he overly is, as were both Progressive Kagan and Sotomayor qualified, but not as much I feel, but were voted for by Republicans anyway because they were qualified, and even though not quite what Republicans would have hoped for, didn’t target either Kagan or Sotomayor like Judge Kavanaugh with false and unsubstantiated accusations that were only meant to stop our founding fathers Constitutional words to be used in the interpretation of the law by a Constitutionalist like Judge Brett Kavanaugh, and telling if nothing more!
I believe that if Judge Brett Kavanaugh does not get the vote to be on the Supreme Court that those Americans that believe in bipartisanship and fair play, and have been witnessing the attacks on individual Senators who are out to dinner with their families, along with the willingness of Democrats to outright abandon ‘Due Process’ and the Presumption of Innocence, and then hearing the exact same sentiment being scripted by protesters who are being paid by George Soros to protest and threaten America’s processes and procedures, let alone the ‘Rule of Law’ and Constitution, and then on top of that the physical attacks on Senators in the Hallways of Capitol Hill!
It’s time for every American to strip off those ties that bind them politically, and jump on board the good ship ‘America,’ while at the same time reacquainting themselves and their children with our founders and their works of art known as the ‘Bill of Rights,’ the Constitution, and the processes and procedures that make our government tick!
The physical attacks on Senators in the Hallways of Capitol Hill should alone demand an investigation to find out how those people got access to the interior of the ‘Hill,’ and then another investigation into how Dr. Ford never received the offer by Grassley to come to her instead of her coming to them, and why Nancy Feinstein held the letter from Dr. Ford for 6 weeks when she already knew the FBI handled people who wanted to remain anonymous, and that they could still look into getting the facts with out exposing her name!
Nancy Feinstein decided to take the low road by using Dr. Ford, or should I say saving Dr. Ford to be used as a last minute ‘Hale Mary’ by Schumer and Pelosi’s ‘Deep State,’ and using her as a visual aid after declaring that this isn’t a trial, but not releasing the information in advance of the committee hearing but bringing it out in the 11th hour where it could do the most harm to both parties involved!
All they did by doing this was setting the good doctor up again to fail by saying that the FBI didn’t interview Dr. Ford, even though they already had the opportunity to ask her anything and everything they wanted to ‘live and in living color’ for hours, but now pushing that narrative to reload the gun with more open ended accusations and facts that would again move those goal posts that they’ve been moving from way before the name of Judge Brett Kavanaugh was even mentioned!
You have to understand what’s at stake here, and it’s not bipartisan resolve for the American people, but the willingness of the Progressive Branch of the Democratic Party to scrap our founding fathers vision, and to surrender our sovereignty and open our borders for the sake of the world, and not for the American People whose past generations abandoned the ways of the world for a promised land made of their own individual choosing and individual rights that the majority of the world don’t inspire to provide!
I believe if the vote can’t be stopped by the Schumer and Pelosi led Progressives that a few things are apparent, first it would prove just how many more Americans have decided that the cancer of Progressivism that’s infected ‘THEIR’ Democratic Party isn’t working, and as a result will assist in giving President Trump the 60 seats in the Senate he needs to finish his mission of making America first and great again, and that’s because President Trump’s policies are making them feel real good about America again, and no longer believe in their party’s resistance or obstruction any longer!
Second, if Republicans won the reelections and new candidate’s elections that those Special Prosecutors would finally be assigned to investigate the investigators, and the 6 events that demanded the appointment of a Special Prosecutor, that weren’t under Eric Holder, Obama’s AG, because it would reveal how bad the ‘Deep State’ corruption has protected the unconstitutional actions of President Obama, and that hopefully, with a Republican policy based victory at the polls next month, will finally be assigned with the truth finally being released!

The ‘Red Badge’ of courage will remain supreme in the minds of Americans, especially when the leadership of the Democrats, Chuck-e Schumer who declared it wasn’t a trial and therefore the presumption of innocence doesn’t apply, just happens to be the exact word for word scripted narrative of the ‘Soros Soldiers’ that like robots, repeat and repeat the same exact narrative as if it were running on a loop in their heads, and running in everyone of the heads of anyone of those protesters you ask!
Pretty Scary when you have programmed Soros ‘Stepford’ Soldiers supporting the elimination of Due Process and the Presumption of Innocence, and allowed to run free through the halls on Capital Hill to obstruct and resist the members of Congress where they live, work, and breath!
I’m sorry to do this, but every time I get into my marathon of spewing logic, or should I say the perception that’s my reality, it always takes me back to that elephant in the room that neither side discuss or even brings up for discussion, and that’s the undeniable fact that ‘voter Fraud’ is alive and well ever since Obama came on the scene, and that his sponsor and handler George Soros was front and center with his credentials of tipping the scales in other countries for financial gain and power, while pushing his Globalist Agenda through his Socialist Alinsky 8 steps to destroying a country for the good of the World!

There’s one common topic I got booted from Facebook for every time I bought it up, and that’s the big “VF’ (Voter Fraud), first it started with me trying to figure out why any American would vote for a man who hung out with ‘Weather Underground’ bomber Bill Ayres, and then prayed at a church where the sermon was being presented by Rev. “God dam America’ Wright! This by he way was the first time the American people didn’t realize that the ‘Deep State’ run ‘Paid to Report’ Mainstream Media was officially up and running! The next piece of info was about the citizenship requirement as stated in the Constitution that the ‘Deep State’ spun into the birth issue, while hiding Obama’s true Citizenship eligibility, which by the way is still sealed for no one to see to this day!
Then we had outsider George Soros, the puppeteer who controlled both Hillary and Obama, and decided to switch horses before the 2008 election because he could get a bigger bang for his buck by having the first Black President over the first Woman President in the History of the United States as a candidate. He financed Black Lives Matter and other ground root organizations to influence the election in both 2008 and 2012, and still walks free because he’s the Mack daddy of political and ideological unrest!

I guess what comes next is George Soros’s voting Machine company that got caught attempting to win by cheating in the Republican Primary in Idaho, and then we had the discovery of Soros’s voting machines in 16 states in 307 districts right before the election in 2016! Well it’s been 2 years more that the Democrats have had the time to make improvements and fine tune their skill sets when it comes to voter fraud and more than likely the reason for Democrats, who’ve spent the last 2 years doing absolutely nothing for the American people but obstruct and resist, appear to be the cat that swallowed the canary, but why? Why do Dem’s supposedly know something that makes them so sure of themselves that others don’t, and is the reason why they believe they’ll be taking back the House and Senate in just over a month or so due to what they learned back in 2008 and 2012, and attempted in 2016 when it comes to stacking, stuffing the ballot box, or remotely just changing the vote count by using Soros’s remote-access software in U.S. voting Machines, which he was caught doing in July of 2018!
